Had everything we needed. Some upgrade projects on the property still in progess. In an area being renovated. Walking distance to down town.

Great place, great front porch, tons of comfortable and new furniture. Listen, this isn't the most fancy place you'll ever stay, but it 100% met our needs and expectations.

Perfect for our family. Great size, location, and Phillip was very accommodating. We really enjoyed ourselves and it was great for the dogs. Everything was easy to access at this location and we just relaxed. Thank you again. We will be back soon.

My parents go back 4+ generations in Bisbee - I’ve been coming to Bisbee my entire life. Our family house was occupied for the 4th of July so I rented this house. This is a great Old Bisbee home - funky and larger than most. Location s perfect! You can walk to the Gulch (just steps) and to Main Street. The outdoor area in front of the house is perfect for BBQ or just sitting outside - shaded all day long. Would definitely rent again!

This house was even better than advertised. It is extremely spacious, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and perfectly located for walking into downtown Bisbee and enjoying all the town has to offer. The off street parking and access to the grills on the patio were nice bonuses.
The communication with the owner was great and they are extremely responsive. We have stayed at many places in Bisbee seeing what each place had for its own charm, but this house and owner will definitely have us going back to this place many times in the future!

This property had everything we needed, including a property that would allow pets. I feel the pet policy at this location is very fair. The house is in close proximity to everything that is awesome about Old Town Bisbee. The amenities are great, I will absolutely be booking a stay at this location again!

This is my first trip to Bisbee AZ. The town is quite lovely. Our VRBO was so cute! Lots of room. Decorated with so many treasures!
The house had everything we needed and more. Phillip was available and kept us informed of the code, where to park, etc..
I enjoyed the binder he had with some history of the house and town. I would recommend this house!

Cool location. Older house needs some repairs to floor tiles but a good stay in a cool town also good friendly neighbors.

The property was exactly as described in the posting, but once inside it had a real charm; it felt like home! Beds were comfortable, and the property had everything we needed right down to the body wash, shampoo & conditioner in the shower. It was within walking distance to the local bars, and the downtown area and there was a plethora of information on things to do in Bisbee. If you have children, there is a park right across the street with swings, basketball hoops and plenty of space to run around. Check in easy and the landlord was extremely communicative. We are planning another trip to Bisbee and will definitely stay at this place again.
