Communication with the host was excellent. Responded and answered questions I had. The location is great, about 5-10 minutes to everything…the airport, the Third ward, Summerfest, etc. The inside was very clean. Neighborhood felt safe. The back patio could use some sprucing up and some outdoor chairs. Other than that, wouldn’t change a thing.

We truly enjoyed this home while celebrating a college graduation. Very clean and modern. Close to University and downtown. Great common space to chill and visit after the ceremony.

This home has almost everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would have liked a couple extra blankets for the beds, but otherwise, everything needed was there. We had difficulty getting into our rental initially as we didn’t know the correct button sequence to use prior to/following the door code. I messaged Juan for assistance, however he didn’t see my message right away. Once we were able to access the unit, it was clean and well supplied. Great location!

The property was nicely renovated. Very comfortable except for the AC unit. The property was not cleaned when we checked in. Did not receive code until after check in time. Place lacked spare toilet paper and garbage bags and the AC unit was very hard to adjust to the heat. Host and owner showed up shortly after check in, and were very accommodating to the miscommunications.
