The towels quality are maybe for 1 star hotels, the worst I have I ever used. Beware, they charged $40 for a towel with makeup. At check out they do not let you leave until they check out throughout the room personally.

Nos tocó experimentar una situación excepcional en el país con protestas contra el gobierno que paralizaron el país y cortaron la mayoría de carreteras en diversos puntos. Ante esta situación, nos era casi imposible llegar al alojamiento ya que se encontraba en una zona muy difícil de acceder, y nos cancelaron todos los medios de transporte. Preguntamos si podían reembolsarnos de modo excepcional el importe del alojamiento y fueron completamente incomprensibles al concedernos solo un crédito por un año, siendo para nosotros inútil al ser europeos y no planear volver a Panamá pronto. Ha sido el único alojamiento que nos hemos encontrado que no ha sido comprensible con la situación del país, aprovechándose de nuestro pago con antelación. Tras un duro viaje con diversos cortes en la carretera conseguimos llegar, y para nuestra sorpresa no había casi personal en el alojamiento (ni huéspedes como era de esperar) y apenas teníamos forma de movernos del puesto que los taxis no tenían gasolina y nadie nos informo previamente, haciendo nuestra estancia en Boquete no tan agradable.

Hermoso lugar, habitación con vista al río, ambiente tranquilo, natural, silecioso. Habitación cómoda y bien equipada para cocinar lo necesario. Personal amable.

El balcón requiere un poco más de limpieza.

The design and level of detail of the room and hotel is excellent. Location is great, very convenient to the center of Bajo Boquete, less than 1km to Panamonte and the other great restaurants at Palo Alto

There were long black hairs in the shower and bathroom floor, probably from the last guest or cleaning crew.

It had an extensive selection of American TV channels!! The best I have ever had in a hotel!!!

The location was perfect. The grounds were beautiful, restful, and calming. The room was comfortable and well appointed. The staff were perfect and knowledgeable. The balcony was the best!! I laid in the hammock as much as I could. We had the best massage from Fatima. Don't miss this, you will be so happy if you partake. 😊

The insulation was poor. You can hear your neighbors. The doors slam loudly. Door mats inside and out would be nice.
