Didn't get checked in took the money out of my account and they said I owe more deposit and I didn't have a much money on the account to pay for the deposit cuz it didn't say at the end of The Reserve so me and my family are stuck out here tonight because that's all the money we had and they wouldn't check us in

I thought the experience was very good at the hotel. The room was comfortable, and I was the only person in my suite, so it was like a private hotel experience. It was quiet, comfortable, and clean. I have had problems at hostels before but was impressed by this experience. Very close to the airport, but no shuttle.

There were two main problems. 1) The accommodation did not advertise its real name clearly enough. I asked taxi drivers to take me to 'Bposhtels' and they told me it did not exist. I had to go through 3 taxi drivers before I was able to get a ride. This wouldn't have been as big of an issue if I had an adequate internet connection at the airport, but the Wi-Fi at the airport is horrible and so I would highly recommend knowing the full name of the accommodation 'Studios & Suites 4 Less'. This should be advertised to customers to avoid confusion! 2) The Wi-Fi is horrible at the accommodation. I was not travelling for work, so this was not a large burden for me, but it was terrible connection regardless.

Proximity to the airport.

Everything from the facility, the rooms, the security, to the facilities. God awful.

I've definitely met 4 different types of race. & Loved it 😊🤗 honestly!! The shared rooms are great. The price is definitely a wonderful price. There's a lot of homeless people out here... Starting at the ages of babys all the way to older than me. & I am a 32 year old mother. & Young lady. & I will definitely be back this hotel helped me out seriously!! & I loved my stay. I was able to save some money & survive & go to work everyday. That I stayed. Thankyou & GOD BLESS!!!!!

The 4 reds. I feel that it should only be 2 beds & 2 people in 1 room. Do to COVID still being out here. I honestly feel that 4 people in 1 room. Should not be like that. Maybe 2 guest per room.

There was airco in the room, also a little fridge and a microwave. They lend you tiny padlock at arrival. Other guests were respectful.

Place seemed to be under renovations. There was no normal check- in desk, only weird little window that makes you feel like a criminal. No waiting area, you have to wait in line in the corridor. No maps, no advice what to see. Room itself is just a motel room with 2 bunkbeds in it. The sheet on my bed seemed clean, one pillow had a pillowcase so I used that one. Comforter was weird cause it had no case on it and there is no way they change comforters after every guest. I had a top bunk with the ladder that was very close to the wall - made getting on extremely awkward. There was a little ledge behind my bed to put stuff on, but no socket to charge my phone. Bathroom is in the room which is weird for a hostel. Sink was broken when I arrived, they told me they were fixing it. Got broken very soon again - water was not draining. All in all if you are used to european hostels, you will be disappointed. Maybe it will be better after renovations. For now it is seedy enough that made me consider just driving further after seeing it. But I stayed and lived.
