Spacious, great view of beach, big bedrooms and big bathrooms. Three bedrooms had balcony access, which was wonderful. Balconies were nice sized. Clean. Location was easily accessible. Loved having the entire house. Nice pool once they turned on the heat for it.

In the description, it says heated pool. It doesn't tell you that in order to have it heated, there is a $65/day (plus tax) fee. You have to pay for every day that you have the house booked. And you have to tell them the day before you go that you want it heated. It takes approximately 48 hours for it to be mildly warm and not freezing. Make sure you check it as soon as you get there. They didn't turn it on and couldn't use it until the 4th day we were there. They did give me a refund for the days we didn't get to use it. Everything else was fine.

It was nice having a pool to swim in since the ocean conditions weren't the greatest to be out in everyday that we were there.

There was no built walkway that led out to the beach like many of the other houses had which made the walk out to the beach through the sand path difficult for my parents that both have bad knees.
