They are fantastic any time of day, but we particularly love the vistas at sunset and then as dark approaches when Greece's most famous monument is all lit up. It’s a divine spot for a glass of wine. If the weather turns chilly, head inside and gather around the fire or whip up a Greek meze in the modern kitchen.
