Great place to stay when in Bangkok. Very clean rooms, nice building, staff and good location.

2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, and comfortable living, dining area was really good for my family.

During our stay, one of the toilets was blocked and we had to ask someone to fix it.

Spacious room. Comfortable bed Quiet location, no noise problems. WiFi works well. There is a bath in the bathroom as well as a shower. Excellent water pressure.

First night was in a smelly room, some bad smell coming from the aircon that got worse as the night went in, by the morning it was unbearable so had to move room. They gave us a new room but we were told our dissatisfaction with the smell was our fault for not telling them earlier. They seem to know which rooms smell bad because when I asked if the new room was ok in terms of smell they said yes, no smell problem. The bathroom door design makes no sense, why is it not on the side like in other hotels to save space? Why is it a patio door, normally the type of door for a balcony or an outside garden? In a double occupancy room there’s only one chair. The Bedside lights hang from the ceiling and are inconveniently low nearly on the bedside tables. Always have to log in to capture wifi, at least twice a day. They didn’t make up the room between 9 and 2 when we were out and we had left sign on door asking for the room to be made up. Was told it was our fault for not calling them and leaving the sign on the door doesn’t work. So why have a sign?
