The guest house has a good location and stunning views over Langebaan and the lagoon. The keys were in a lock box which made check in easy and the rooms were clean with good bedding.
We thought that the curtains in the rooms were very thin and one can not get your room dark enough to sleep well. We also searched for a hairdryer and could not find one. The two twin rooms that we booked did not have televisions in - we only spent one night so it did not bother us, but that could be added in future.

The room was spacious and private. Quiet. Electric blanket on my bed🌟. En suite bathroom. Very comfortable bedding.
The ketel and microwave was outside my room in the passage. Would prefer a kettel in my room.

The location is terrific, with Shark Bay just a stone’s throw away, which was definitely a highlight of the stay. The host is lovely, warm and friendly and the balcony is a decent size for sundowners.
I was quite taken aback by the communal bathroom facilities, as this was not clearly specified prior to my visit. Had I known that the bathroom would be shared with other guests, I would not have booked the accommodation. The microwave, fridge (downstairs) and kettle is also a shared facility and located in a shared space outside the room so you would need to leave your room to get your morning coffee etc. I feel this is important information that should be clearly communicated to guests before booking.
