It was a perfect skiing weekend with the boys. I would not even mention the very minor hiccups… but the only reason to do so is for the how well the owner took care of them. For that I would give the property 6 out of 5 stars. We had a wonderful weekend and the house was just perfect. Great location and well stocked house make it a very comfortable stay.

I am a regular VRBO devotee/renter and always wish to give top ratings to places I have chosen/stayed. And, every one of the past 7 places I’ve stayed over the past 2 years have all been exceptional for about the same cost - including a different rental across the road in Huntsville just 2 months ago. Sadly, I cannot, in good faith, give high marks as I always have before in regards to Unit 42. This condo complex has been around for quite some time. When I first started coming here the condos were lovely. Fresh, clean, beautifully appointed…Unfortunately, this particular unit is a disappointment. The space is more than adequate and the location very good - close to Snowbasin and Powder Mountain - which is why we rented in this area. But, the unit itself is in great need of updating… It appears this particular condo has not had much in the way of TLC…the furniture is original - which makes the sofa difficult to sit on and quite uncomfortable.. The furnishings are worn and show their age. The bar stools are ripped and clearly need replacing. The sliding screen is ripped, the outdoor furniture randomly strewn about on the porch and cushions on the porch floor. It is fortunate that we skied most of the day and simply used the condo as a stopover each night. The unit manager, Brady, was a very nice young man and arrival and departure were seamless thanks to him. He is an asset to the owners. Hoping that this unit might get the TLC it deserves to bring it up to speed.

We wanted a place not too far from home for a weekend getaway for our anniversary and this was just right.

Easy directions steps away from Snow Basin and short drive to Powder Mountain- great jacuzzi- comfortable environment, great views- nice for kids in the bunk room- kitchen well stocked. Fun stay!

Perfect place to stay if skiing SnowBasin. Hot tub is very nice to have at unit.

Check in/out process was smooth, very good area for walking, biking and easy drive to Ogden and Logan UT. Recommend the Mother’s Day brunch at Snowbasin.

Outstanding stay at a great property! Wouldn’t stay anywhere else if you’re skiing Snowbasin!

This was the perfect place for our girls weekend. The private hot tub was amazing and plenty of towels for it. The host was great and had a quick reply to any questions we had!

This condo is the perfect location to enjoy Pineview Lake, Snowbasin ski resort, and the quaint towns of Eden and Hunstville. It offered a well-stocked kitchen, clean sheets and towels, and comfortable beds.

We had a great stay at this property. It was pretty clean and well stocked. They had a decently stocked kitchen, nice beds with plenty of extra blankets, and it was nice to have some games. It was also nice to have a covered parking spot. We loved the hot tub on the balcony. It was clean and worked well - it was the best part of our stay.

My Family and I enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back. the property manager was real helpful. He answered all my texts and was so nice. we hope to be back soon.

My husband and I spent a few nights here as a getaway for our anniversary and loved the condo and the location. The condo was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The view of the reservoir right off the deck and the hot tub were a huge plus! It was an easy walk right down to the beach too. I was super impressed with how quiet the unit was. We never heard anyone below us or to the side of us. The condo was plenty big enough for us to bring our 3 kids next time.

We came in town for my brothers wedding held at the Huntsville Mercantile. Beautiful spot, condo was super clean, easy access and as advertised. We enjoyed the hot tub, paddle boards at the lake and the pool! Would recommend!

Lovely property - we enjoyed having access to a grill and hot tub, the views, and the quiet surroundings. Owner was helpful, accommodating, and very responsive. Would love to come back.

This condo has a great view, and a short walk to a lovely beach. Perfect for a small family looking to escape for the weekend.

Appreciated that they had recently replaced the frying pans with good quality brand. We often find this one kitchen essential can make or break the experience in the kitchen.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was perfect! The owner was extremely nice, helpful, and quick to respond to any messages. Everything was clean and as expected. We loved it and would definitely stay here again!
