This property is conveniently located 1block from beach and about 4 blocks from downtown. Beds were comfortable and screen porch was a nice place to kick back. Not a ton of kitchen supplies, but the basics were there. Terri was prompt and helpful when needed. All in all, a very nice stay!

The house was everything we could have wanted for our stay in the Bay. Great location, clean, comfortable bed, full stock of kitchen needs and the 2nd half bath was surely welcomed. Kerry could not have been a better more gracious host. we'll be back!!!

I haven’t spent much time in Bay St Louis. but I can promise you that is about to change! We loved the area, and this house was perfect for us. Kerry, the property manager, obviously knows a thing or two about what people enjoy when they travel. Excellent mattresses, lots of good towels and those pillows…
Better than the ones I have at home. She is also quick to respond to questions.
We enjoyed the walk to Old Town, and it was also nice to walk off the delicious cheeseburgers on the way back. We highly recommend this house! Clean, well stocked and walkable with an excellent property manager.

We loved this quaint little house. Everything we needed was provided. Even furry blankets. It is within walking distance of the beach and excellent restaurants and shopping.
We will definitely plan another weekend soon.

Our visit was for Boo in the Bay, this home is in a good location to several restaurants, enjoy the parade and to downtown. The home was clean, pretty and comfortable. Easy instructions to enter and operate everything. The lanai was very nice, wish we could have spent more time out there. It was nice that the property was cool when we arrived and the lights were on because we arrived after dark. Coffee pods, creamer and sugar was provided, along with cotton pads and Q-tips, shampoo and conditioner, hair dryer, all detergents to wash anything. The home stayed cool with mini-split AC units in every room!!!! I do wish the ice maker worked, but everything else worked. Many, many towels and washcloths were provided!!!! The bottle of wine was a very nice touch and appreciated …. Thank you for making us feel at home.

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend getaway. Very quiet neighborhood and surroundings. Property was very clean and just as pictures and described. Very short distance to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars in the Bay. Also right off the Bay Bridge for a quick ride to the Pass or Long Beach.

We loved our stay!
My husband & I and our best friends stayed here. The check in was easy, the house was clean and perfect for us! The patio was perfect to sit and have morning coffee. It was in town and ckose enough to everything. I was sad that the picture showing the beach wasnt the view from the property. I was looking forward to that part. But it didnt take away from the experience.
We loved it and will definitely come back.

This place was perfect for a stay near the beach with little kids. The house was clean and simple. The beds were comfortable and the location was great. Just a short walk to a shallow beach where we hunted crabs and saw so many little rays! If we ever make it back to Bay St Louis, we’ll definitely book again!

My husband and I stayed here with our two kids (ages 23 and 15) and it was perfect for us. Every day we’d pack our beach cart and walk to the beach to spend the day. It was a few blocks to all of the shops and restaurants, but we didn’t mind the walk.
The property manager was super helpful and contacted easily when needed.
We’ll be booking this place for our future visits to BSL.

We absolutely loved this 2 bedroom duplex. It was clean and cozy. The screened outdoor patio is perfect for early morning coffee. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. It was perfect for our Jeepin the Coast event.

This home is a nice comfortable, quiet place to stay. It's on a quiet street with very little traffic. It's far enough from the action to be peaceful, but close enough that everything is an easy walk. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was perfect for a quick weekend getaway with our fury friend. Pet friendly places are limited in BSL so we were very excited to find this hidden gem. Definitly will be back in the future. Easy walk to Downtown to listen to all the great live music.

Great choice! The rental was clean and true to the listing. The manager was very responsive to questions. She even left us a bottle of bubbly to ring in the New Year! The beds were extremely comfortable. There are smart TV'S in each bedroom and the living room, but no live TV. Netflix, Hulu, and the other apps worked fine. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient to walk to Old Town. We loved this rental!

My sixteen year old son and I came down to Bay St. Louis to visit friends. Apparently 16 year old boys cannot share air with their parents so we were searching for a two bedroom place, close to downtown. This was perfect for us! Everything is new, clean, and comfortable - especially the beds! The owner was very responsive and flexible. We were literally less than ten minute walk to downtown Bay St. Louis and it was mostly along the beautiful beach. One of the other perks was that even though it is a duplex I heard NOTHING from the other tenants. It was like a sound proof box! We will definitely stay here again!
