Location was nice because it is close to the MSC docking.
The fact that the power goes off and it is hot, the bedding smelled like swet and so did the towels, bathrooms can be cleaner

There's nothing to like. There was no electricity and we had to use stairs to the 5th floor. The host already knew there was no electricity from the previous day, yet no provision was made for substitute. Instead, she told me to go look for candles. Terrible hostess
Everything, the apartment was filthy, the beds and bedding smelled terrible. Then there we roaches.

The location and view is amazing
The place needs a completely new bed. The bed felt like the springs were poking me and the pillows were very uncomfortable and hard.

The TV was broken and the was no supersport, there was no coffee also.

The location was beautiful, beds were very comfortable and luxuriously large. The whole apartment was very spacious. the bathroom was quite clean so that was nice
The floors were a bit dirty, and the linen on the bed looked unwashed and a bit dusty. New towels need to be purchased for the place. The ones available were very dirty and old.

Only the location was excellent. Feels safe with the security outside.
The cockroaches are all over, needs fumigation. Theres only one bar stool/chair. The coffee table is useless,theres no tops. Theres no racks/shelves in the oven. Curtains inappropriate it doesnt close. 2 old plastic stem glasses. The toilet seat is split/ broken. This unit needs to be removed from booking.com

I liked the self catering apartment offered it makes the guest feel at home
We stayed inthe dark during the loadshedding time of 2hrs
Please provide the extra blanket just in case the guest needs one.

I loved the location, the view from the apartment, secure parking. In overall I loved the place and have a booking for December 2023.
However I was so disappointed the bedding was dirty, towels smelled awful like it was dipped in rotten eggs or something, I waited two hours by the reception before checking in, the form was not submitted. I had to make several calls but still had to wait. 😔 I am thinking of cancelling my December booking 😣💔. Shower drainage poor and toilet not stable 😭😩😫

It took almost an hour for me to get the key to the apartment.

HAD TO WAIT ALMOST AN HOUR TO BE CHECKED IN, THERE WERE TWO STAFF MEMBERS THAT BOTH ATTENDED TO ONE GROUP. ONE OF THEM COULD HAVE HELPED US.
