2e vacance à Cocoa Beach. Très belle plage, belle ville. L’emplacement, proximité de la plage.

L’état général du condo. Vieux, mal entretenu, lits et mobilier de salon inconfortable, table à salle à manger très sale(craque tout le tour de la structure et dessus en verre très sale), porte patio vieille/très lourde. Aucun condiments ( sel/poivre/sucre ) prévoyez! Très décevant considérant le prix payé en période des fêtes, Et comme je n’ai pas avisé personne sur place, pas moyen d’obtenir dédommagement…soyez avisé!

We've been vacationing at the Spanish Main for many years with our family. 2nd time staying in this condo. Awesome spot right on the beach right next to the private beach access. Gorgeous sunrise views from the back porch. Condo is outdated, but was overall clean. Condo has everything you need for a beach vacation. Beds are comfortable. Rental agency is upfront and clearly state that they only provide starter supplies- toilet paper etc. There were plenty of towels. Bring your own beach supplies.

We love to stay at Spanish Main. It was the first time staying in Unit 1. While it worked for us, it might not be as inviting for more than 2 people. There are 2 bedrooms but one of them doesn’t have a comfortable bed or a tv. The condo needs many updates but it is a great location on the property. It looks like there has not been anything done to it in many years. It was fine for us but some people might be disappointed with the presentation. But it was clean. We would stay in the unit again but would love to see it remolded.

close proximity to beach, fairly easy to find, convenient location

we’d some explanation on how to use tv system (too confusing) Also, on parking garage….. we figured it out but at least number it so renters know which one it is. Replace lock on patio sliding door….. there is not one!!! Put stoppers back in bathroom sinks, so when people like me drop their blush brush it doesn’t go down the drain!!!! Cobwebs in the corners need to be vacuumed down.
