My kids and I loved, loved staying at this house. The kids were very impressed with the rooms and loved the themes. Weather was chilly so it was great to have the heated pool and hot tub- we were in the pool even when it was 60 degrees out! And Jodie was great! She responded quickly and was very helpful. Everything was clean and it was like walking into a brand new home. I will look into staying at this home again in my future travels.

I highly recommend this house! The pool and hot tub are great but the big winner for the kids was the arcade/game room and the themed bedrooms. This was a memory maker for sure!!

We loved this house. The hosts responded immediately with all questions we had. We had zero complaints! This house had a lot of room, exactly as advertised. House was clean and everyone very much enjoyed the themes of each room along with the two movie theatres. Would love to stay here again!

Really outstanding stay and vacation home! We had a multigenerational family trip including grandparents, grandchildren and two couples. The themed rooms were a hit with the kids and the adults. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed for meals in/poolside. The game room was also great and everything was working with great instructions by each console to get gaming! The owners were responsive throughout the stay and responded promptly to our questions. The drive to the Disney parks wasn't bad and we mostly stuck to the back roads in/out of the parks to avoid the traffic on I4. We would definitely recommend the home to others! Thanks so much for a great home during our vacation!

We truly enjoyed our experience and I have nothing but positive feedback about our stay at this property! The home was clean, welcoming, and beautifully decorated - the Disney touches throughout were so well-done and a huge hit for the Disney lovers in our family. The gated community was safe, clean, and easy to locate. The overall location to Disney World for our family was perfect - a quick 15 minute drive without traffic. The communication with the owner from beginning to end was so simple and easy to navigate - she was friendly, professional, and responsive, even on the weekends! I can't speak to the community waterpark as we didn't have a chance to get over there, but the pool/hot tub at the house were awesome and clean. The house had everything you could have asked for and was our home away from home. We can't wait to go back!!

Our stay at this spectacular home was amazing. We were there to celebrate a birthday. We had ages ranging from 9 to 76 years old. Everyone enjoyed themselves. The house was spacious enough to accommodate a a group of 9 people. We didn't feel like we were on top of each other. The game room was a hit for the younger crowd. The theater was a hit for the older crowd. Everyone enjoyed being together during the evening by the pool and spending time and relaxing. The house was clean and it was convenient to get to stores such as Publix etc. It's in a great location. Ms. Jodi went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. That meant a lot to my family. She was there from day one of booking and even days after we had checked out. We will definitely come back!!!!

The themed rooms were a hit with all ages and several wanted to have the same thing as their rooms at home. The arcade and theater were loved by all and many hours were spent in each. We went to the water park, returned home, hit our own pool, cleaned up and spent lots of time in the arcade and theater. There are lots of places to go close to the property for additional fun. This is a wonderful place for family gatherings to be under one roof. We had 19 people and never felt crowded and plenty for everyone to do. The Hosts reached out to us to see how things were going on several occasions and were a pleasure to converse with. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Just a super vacation and experience.

Can’t say enough about what a great stay we had here. We had a large group with ages from infant to adult staying here and it was perfect for all of us. The teenage boys had plenty to keep them occupied between the game room and movie room, and my girls loved the princess room. The house had plenty of towels which is a rarity in renting through VRBO in my experiences. Without a doubt we would stay here again. Having a pack and play at the house was great as we didn’t have to bring one from home. There are grocery stores and plenty of places to eat that are nearby. Without a doubt we would stay here again.

We had a great time during our stay ! We had family members join us ranging in age from 3 years old and teenagers, to grandparents! Everyone had a great time. There was plenty of space for everyone and something for everyone to do. We all watched movies in the awesome tv room and even the adults found themselves in the game room. The pool and outdoor space was beautiful as well. And most importantly everything was so CLEAN when we arrived ! Great place to stay !

We loved this house! The rooms were so fun that it made deciding which room to sleep in, the hardest part of the trip! Our kids would run to the game room every chance they had too. The pool and hot tub were a perfect size for our family to 6.

This home is everything and more! Brad and his wife were wonderful and very accommodating! We asked Brad and Jodi if the Clubhouse that was included with our stay rented games on a day the weather didn't quite cooperate. They were so thoughtful and had some delivered to the home. What a wonderful and touch!! Brad and Jodi were very responsive and accommodating. Our family had a wonderful experience. We can't wait to visit again! What a GEM.... the home, neighborhood, amenities, and homeowners!

This house is absolutely wonderful! We stayed for 5 nights and left wishing we had booked another 5. The house was very clean, conveniently located and the themed rooms blew us away with detail and thoughtful touches. The hosts are exactly the type of hosts you hope to deal with when using a Vrbo and were always immediately responsive and accommodating. I truly have nothings negative to say about our stay at this wonderful vacation home. If you are on the fence - don’t hesitate, book it and I promise you won’t be disappointed!

We had an absolute blast at this stunning property. The instructions for check-in and all procedures were very clear. Everything was super clean. And the rooms were super fun. When we had questions the responses were quick and helpful. There was plenty for everyone to do and then also perfect for everyone to have their space to sleep. We had a group of 18 and never felt that we were cramped. We really enjoyed the outdoor space and the game room. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

The house is great! Clean, well kept and tons of fun! The kids loved the numerous themed rooms and the game room was phenomenal, with tons of different game options. The Property managers were so easy to work with they immediately answered all our questions and went above and beyond to help make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable and possible. I would definitely recommend this home!

We visit the Orlando area at least 3 times at yeat, My family and friends loved our latest stay, the house has a great location, close to everything, new beautiful and safe neighborhood, and the decorations and amenities makes you want to stay and never leave! All of our kids had a blast.
Owners are extremely responsive and helped us before and during out stay, the truly provide a 5 star experience for my whole family!
We can't wait to come back!
