Loved this large home with great seating areas throughout the inside and outside for everyone to spread out and enjoy. Made great memories. Very grateful for the well supplied kitchen that allowed me to make a great Thanksgiving meal for all. Thank you!

we were unable to put our trash in the trash cans because they were full when we arrived.

I thought this house was perfect for our family. Was close to several things and the neighborhood was very quiet. The only thing that I suggest is that there would be more toilet paper and trash bags. We had 10 at the house and what was furnished didn't even come close to lasting us through the week. Other than that, I would definitely give this home a five star rating. I would rent this home again in a heartbeat!!

We enjoyed the pool and the dock was good for fishing. The property is roomy, we have a big family and everyone had their own space. However, we found the beds uncomfortable and all the mattresses need to be replaced. The furnishings and kitchenware needs to be updated. If you plan to cook, bring your own pans. We were glad we did. The pans provided were scratched and not very large. The kitchen supplies are just low quality.
There was plenty of parking and some pool toys available. Also bring essentials, toilet paper and trash bags. They provide some, but not enough to last the week.

Th house was a great fit for my family. It reminded us of home. Very cozy and it was very peaceful. We love the water view while fishing. We also love the layout of the house.

The location and view were absolutely as advertised. Perfect location to visit both the intercoastal waterway and the gulf by boat. We found the house to be acceptable for our family with 14 adults and children. We were a little disappointed in the lack of kitchen utensils and the number of minor repairs needed.

The house is very homey and welcoming. The house has plenty of room for everyone. The views are amazing. So relaxing drinking our morning coffee in the sunroom. The pool was a really nice bonus for the days we didn't want to go to the beach. The kids really enjoyed the nice dock for fishing and finding crabs. We would absolutely stay at this beautiful home again. Love love love.

We really did have a fabulous time. Plenty of space to spread out in.
Our only complaint would be the kitchen utensils were very sparse and not good quality. I would recommend if you can to bring your own knives.

The property was very spacious and well taken care of. It offered plenty of large gathering areas for meeting and many spaces for privacy as well. It is a beautiful comfortable place to stay.

The home is cozy and quiet with a beautiful view of the intercoastal waterway. The location is great to hit local restaurants and bars. We found the kitchen to be lacking in good cookware and utensils, but overall it worked. Plenty of space for us to eat as a group and also have our own areas to relax. LOVED the sunroom and deck. Highly recommend staying here.
