Such a great spot for a big group! Small walk to the beach with great spots to eat, bars, and fun activities!

Beautiful house in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The beds were comfy (probably should have tops sheets though), the kitchen was fully stocked TV, BBQ and fire pit easy to use. Carlos was great, easy to talk to and answered all our questions promptly. A great value ! Highly recommend and we will be back!

The home was even prettier in-person! And all very newly updated. The bottle of wine and snacks were a very welcoming touch. As were the coffee pods and creamer so we did not have to rush out to the grocery at night (which is three minutes away by car). We loved the gas fireplace and gas fire table outside for the cooler evenings. The home's private little cliff walk behind the house was fun with a view of the ocean from above along with a glass of wine and a sunset. The primary bedroom (two queens) and the bath is stunning and huge. There is a TV in the other bedroom (king) and a full bath and tub next door to it, which you share with the twin bedroom. The house is also well appointed including extra paper towels, etc. It is very clean and beautifully furnished. Homey but not not like you're invading someone's personal space.The neighborhood is lovely and very quiet (and very hilly) but very walkable to shops and restaurants. And if you want to have fun at home there is ping pong, horseshoes, and corn hole. Lots of beach stuff to drive to the beach. And a ton of baby gear if you have little ones with you. And check-out is at 11, so we did not feel rushed. Carlos was very responsive when we had a check in question. We had a great trip and we would definitely rent again. We have VRBO'd four houses in the last three months and many in past years, so we have a vibe for what we like and this had home definitely had it.

Great parking. The host was very responsive. Make sure you read the check out instructions in the binder provided. The welcome basket with a bottle of wine was appreciated
