Muy bonito hotel, habitación cómoda, excelente ubicación
Los bares y restaurantes alrededor tienen música alta de madrugada, el hotel está a ras de calle así que escuchas el ruido de los coches, música. Una pareja se puso a platicar y reír fuera de nuestra habitación a las 3am

Employees are great. They allowed the check-in 2 hours earlier, meaning a big effort from room cleaning, I appreciate it.
Location is awesome, and having included access to the beach (chairs, bunk beds) is the best benefit.
Linens are AMAZING.
Towels are more than enough, and beach towels included are fantastic.
Fantastic care of the facilities, they are constantly cleaning, painting details, etc.
Cruise ships are frequent. 2 to 3 times per week. It is nice if you enjoy ebullience a while, but may also isolate a little.
Rooms in the ground have no view, or natural light. Pool is upstairs. Stairs steps are high, since building has been adapted to grow, but not on a planned manner. So stepping up at least twice a day is not comfortable.
TV has no cable. It has NETFLIX and Youtube Premium. I can't remember if there was 1 additional app. If you want to watch live TV, live sports, got to go to the bar or outdoors. Or bring your Firestick or Android TV. This is critical if you get bad weather.
Room was pretty clean. Nevertheless last night found a big black bug, apparently a bettle. So I took all my stuff out of the floor, and closed the suitcases to avoid bad surprises the next day. There were some sand on the drawers,
Mattresses are SOFT. Really soft. So we stayed 4 nights, and was so happy to leave, since my back was in too much pain the previous days. Honestly, I've never slept in a bed that soft, and I used to business travel a lot before pandemics.
They may give a different price compared to Booking, due to exchange rate, since their value is in USD, and they use the rate they handle at check-in.
Would I go back? absolutely not.

La ubicacion es muy buena, los restauranes con los que tienen convenio son formidables.
*Pesimno Recibimiento en Front Desck.
* Dificil accseso a la habitacion, con Laberinto de pasillos y escaleras, sin elevador, complicando el ir y venir de la playa al cuarto.
* 3 pisos de escaleras con el equipaje para hospedarte y para dejar la habitacion es muy complicado y peligroso.
* Cuarto de Baño muy pequeño y desgastado.
* Al prender Luz del baño se encienden el focos interior del cuarto de baño y del pasillo que esta fuera del cuarto de baño, de dia no molesta pero de noche incomoda al que esta dormido.
* Colochon muy desgastado y sin soporte, durmiendo literal en un pozo.
* Sillon viejo y sucio, presentando el mismo desgaste que el colchon, imposible sentarce sin caer al fondo del sillon, super incomodo.
* Sin linea para llamar de la habitacion a recepcion.
Informo que rente una Suite de Luxe que no tenia nada de Suite y menos de Luxe.

The room was very clean and nice decoration , staff very very nice, helpful and polite, location was perfect.
The rooms do not have much space or furniture to put your luggage or hang your clothes or your personal things. You need to put almost everything on the floor if you have more than one small piece of luggage.

Location and decoration
Drinks were expensive and not good at all mojito had barely alcohol felt like drinking lemonade, A/C in the room was not working and bathroom smell like humidity/drain

Pool and outdoor patio with comfortable lounge chairs were steps from our room. Pool overlooked the ocean which was steps from the front door of hotel. Restaurant downstairs served lunch and dinner, and we had a discount on its sister restaurant for breakfast. Pacific was warm.
It would be wonderful if Mexican tap water could be drunk. Hotel was gracious to fill my water bottle as well as to supply as many plastic water bottles as we desired. As a Floridan wearing sunscreen, I still got sunburned as temperature in 90s, but the breeze over the ocean allowed the air to feel much cooler. Missed the tropical fish that could be seen on other side of the Yucatan.

Excellent hotel! Ocean front with a great beach, plus plenty of delicious restaurants nearby. The nicest hotel at the beach from what we could tell.
We had to rent a beach chair, it would be awesome if that was included

i loved the location right by everything.
I didn't like that it was a public beach though. i also thought the door to the room was rather thin so a bit scary to think anyone can push it in. But i'd stay there again.

Excellent location. Lovely restaurant- great food and atmosphere. Beach just across the Malecon.
Very nice patio by the on the second level overlooking the Beach.
We stayed in Room 208. Although the bed and the linens were very comfortable, the bed make a loud creaking sound when you sat ion the bed.
The room was a good size, but it was dark and lacked a cozy feel - no seating area, no table to use your computer, or just sit and have a beverage. Also, there was no outlet by the mirror, nor was there a mirror where the outlet was - made it very difficult to blow dry your hair. These items are easy fixes, and would improve the rating of your Hotel.
The Hotel is more expensive than comparable Hotels in the same area.

Brand new hotel, beautiful restaurant, lovely pool deck overlooking the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would definatley stay again if I was in the area.

Location and appearance.
Room remodel choices seemed cheap and cosmetic (painted title in the shower, old mattress, flimsy door, old school lock…etc. given the look, vibe, and price point that the hotel is going for. Tiny shallow pool seemed to be there more for looks, as opposed to function. On-site restaurant was over priced and the food was average.

The location is great right off the beach and Malecon. The facility is very new and the rooms were pretty and very comfortable. It is nice to have an attached restaurant and great beach facilities for hotel guests. Everything was very clean and modern
It is a very new hotel only 3 months open and they are definitely ironing out the wrinkles, lots of minor problems checking in and out and the staff not sure how to do certain tasks yet. The restaurant was a little patchy some great meals one really bad one. However the staff were very friendly and did their best to resolve everything - I am sure with a little more experience under their belts this will be an amazing place to stay. I would certainly be willing to return
