The code on the door worked great to get in, but it wouldn't re-lock. Once very short and easy phone call and we had the lock box code and the keys in hand. This little cabin in the woods was clean, comfy and we had a very nice stay.

We arrived at the property and checked the place out. There were daddy long legs on the walls and ceilings. There were old stains on my bedding which totally set the mood for the worst experience ever. I then started my journry , trying to reach out to Vacasa, that was a joke! I made 14 different phone calls and nobody seemed to be in charge of anything, except to say that they would send somebody to clean....that didnt happen!. It got late, we had to sleep. I started calling the next morning and again, they kept passing me from one person to another. I requested my money back for the remaining 3 nights and of course, I just kept getting passed to another person....where I found out they actually cancelled my reservation yet still charged me. I will never book through Vacasa or Booking.com as the lack of communication is very upsetting. They owe me $800.00

It was a nice getaway from everything. I mean everything. Off the beaten path and electronic devices. Reconnect with nature.

The grill wasn't ready. No propane. Some areas were not the cleanest as far as landscape. I feel if it is a place with no wifi or cell service is spotty and a nature bound place then it should have wood near the fire put, propane next to grill and be more prepared for those people looking to take a good getaway. It was an overall good stay. Will Definitely do again more prepared this time. A place where you can just find paradise.

Beautiful setting, plenty of room for family of 4! Lots of deer to see. Huge deck outback to sit and relax

French door onto patio was very hard to open and close as it hung up badly on the threshold. Master bed was cheap metal frame that the center supports were previously messed up on so we had to fix frequently. House was mostly cleaned very well with the exception of surfaces in the master bedroom and under the bed. The pole to lock the sliding door in the master bedroom was several inches to short so we rigged it with an old thermostat we found in a drawer.

loved watching the deer . the house was very comfortable and had everything we needed.
