Unsecured garden. Our dog escaped causing stress. Bed really uncomfortable.

The location and the price was really good

The house was dusty . Both the bedrooms had cobwebs in the corner. The table fan was extremely dusty and so were the bedroom linen. My allergic rhinitis and my partners allergic dermatitis flared up overnight . Luckily I had some anti histamines with me

Even though it was a work trip for me, it felt almost like a little holiday. The house is in a quiet location with plenty of space around to walk my dogs. It had everything I needed for a very comfortable stay. The driveway is massive, fitting my large vehicle easily. The garden, while a bit overgrown, was like Disneyland for my dogs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Freeview was available on the TV but wasn't set up.

photos are not up to date. Garden is inaccessible and no access. a thorough deep clean is needed throughout. very noisy heating / water system. The only entry is front door which is a safety concern too.

Quiet location. Very helpful host, easy to contact and quick to respond when there was a problem with the boiler, even coming out on a Sunday evening to try to get the boiler working. Nice decor, especially the bathroom.

We hadn't realized that there were no towels included. There was only one small saucepan without a lid and two frying pans in the kitchen. The mattresses were uncomfortable and no bedside table or lamp in one of the bedrooms.

Place was clean and pleasant decoration. Had Amazon Prime as well as other channels.

Not a single table in the whole place, neither in the living area or bedrooms. No towels were left. There was a few teabags but no coffee. No instructions how to work the boiler. Both beds were the most uncomfortable we have ever slept on. All you could feel was springs. A mattress topper would solve the issue. With a little effort this could be a lovely property.
