We stayed over Presidents Day weekend and our family had the best time! The condo was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. It was a short drive to Ragged Mountain and we enjoyed two days of skiing. Nice location with a view of the mountain and lake.

Cindy is a fantastic host ... we found their property to be clean, comfortable and exactly as represented on the listing. As a great communicator, Cindy gave us the ins and outs of the property and was very helpful which made our stay very enjoyable. We had 5 adults in our group and there was plenty of space. Thanks again for your hospitality.

I never knew Newfound Lake existed before I booked this home and now I can’t wait to go back! This place is gorgeous inside and the view is breathtaking. The queen bed is very cozy and the whole space is incredibly quiet. We slept like babies. What was sweet was the hot cocoa bar that Cindy left for us with marshmallows, caramels and all the fixings needed for a warm mug of hot chocolate after a fun day of skiing. I wouldn’t hesitate to book Cindy’s condo in the future. It’s right in the center of so many possibilities in New England and we were glad she was willing to share this great space with us.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean and comfortable, and there were many little touches that were appreciated! A little hot chocolate basket, ski rack on the enclosed porch, shampoo and products in the shower, just to name a few. One of my kiddos commented on the decor saying "This feels like an HGTV house." Cindy was easily reachable and helpful before the trip, and everything was so great that we didn't need to reach out- though I have no doubt she would have responded immediately as she did prior to the trip and on the day we were leaving. The only negative was that it is a basement condo and the tenants above were very loud and very heavy-footed. This is of course no fault of our wonderful hosts, but we felt it important to note that it may not be as quiet as expected. Perhaps the listing could have mentioned its a ground level apartment style condo. My only other suggestion would be instructions on how to use the fams/lights on the enclosed porch. :) Overall, we had a wonderful stay!!
