We loved all the space and the fact that there were so many bathrooms! Carpeting in the basement was wet and we weren't sure whether it was because of flooding issues or because the carpet had just been shampooed, but other than that, everything was good. Lots of big windows made it bright and airy.

Check in was hard as the key code was incorrectly given to us. Couldn't get front door to work, so had to only use the back door the entire trip. The house was nice and clean, but had the bare minimum. No dishwasher, no toaster, the paper towels ran out with no extras, and there was only one spare blanket in the house. House was also very cold upon arrival as the heat was not on/up. Overall, it was fine. It wasn't horrible, but it also wasn't great. It was just mid.

When we arrived it was pouring down rain not the owners fault but a mention that it was on a one way street, please park in the back off the alley would have been SO helpful! My adult granddaughter went to both doors used the code we were given and that did not work. She’s drenched. Called the 800 number to tell of the problem, response “oh yeah there was an outage we had to give a new code, we should have let you know” The property listing should make it clear that the bedrooms are either upstairs or downstairs - nothing on the main level. This is problematic for someone who is older with mobility issues. There are 2 full bathrooms one downstairs by the one bedroom and one upstairs with the 3 bedrooms. The bathroom on the main floor is a half bath with a stool and sink. There were 4 rolls of tp supplied for 4 adults for a 4 night stay. No dishwasher and no dish soap provided. There was mold downstairs where my granddaughter slept and because there was no railing I could personally not go down and check it out but someone else had commented on this problem. There are only four chairs in the dining room and no folding chairs or anything that would work to sit at the table — again sleeps 8 but seats 4! The refrigerator does not close tightly on its own you must physically make sure that the seals meet and shut every time you go in the fridge or freezer. It is an older quaint house with interesting spaces in a quiet neighborhood and easy access to Duluth.

The house was nice and comfortable. Exactly what we needed.

Due to poor mainting of house the basement bedroom flood ith my daughter and husband in it. Could have been electricuted the fan on floor was in 6 inches of water! Everything they brouhht was under water. Might hsve lost a tablet. Poor 4 tripping hazards in the house. Messaging with ownrr no urgency. Looking for a full refund.

Quiet neighborhood

It was clean well taken care of it met our needs and would stay again, and would highly recommend to others to stay there

This clean, large house allowed for all of us to spread out and have our own space. The backyard was great for our dogs and we appreciated the off street parking. The front door lock would not unlock for us but we ended up only using the back door so it was not an issue. It does give off some “frat house” vibes with the lack of decorating and older finishings. We were there when it was very warm and two of the bedrooms do not have air so it was sticky and uncomfortable. We did not know there was no central air so that should be posted in the ad.
