This house is not as represented. First of all it was absolutely filthy. Dust piles in corners, stained curtains, someone had spit dip on a downstairs wall, blood smeared on bathroom outlets, and toenail clippings on the floor. Dust literally caked on ceiling fans and vents in bathrooms. We felt like it was dirty to the point of being unsafe. Contacted hosts regarding this and they said someone would come clean but that didn't happen. The freezer wouldn't open. When I contacted host about this they wanted me to unplug it to let it defrost. (This is a newer fridge that shouldn't need to be defrosted, it was just broken.) They said they would fix it but when we returned day 2 it still wouldn't open. Upon checkin there was an outlet with no cover in an upstairs bedroom. We have a child who could've been electrocuted. The hosts did address this problem. Upon arrival the crew cleaning the hot tub was still there, but they were upstairs in the bedrooms, which seemed odd since hot tub is outside. It creeped me out to go in and find them upstairs, when I thought they'd be outside. Hosts didn't respond when we followed up on these concerns. Never heard back from them.

Check-in was fine. Neighborhood is great. The house was not properly cleaned and hasn't been cleaned well in some time. The bedrooms did not have towels. Rummage through the basement to find towels unpleasant (dirty, disorganized) - ended up having to launder towels ourselves. Freezer is broken. The oven is filthy. Tv in the living room is not operable(no cord or outlet nearby) - tv in the king bedroom is also inoperable - no remote. One working television in one of the queen bedrooms. Back yard very overgrown and uncomfortable. Spa hadnt been cleaned. I could go on but suffice it to say they are significantly fleecing consumers for what owners are charging for the house vs what it actually delivers. So much potential but someone needs to actually care about this property and not leave it exclusively to the management company that isn't checked in housekeepers that aren't being managed.

The communication was great. The house was extremely clean. The location of the house one block off of high Street was excellent The only issue I see with the house is that it needs more lighting in the kitchen and in several other areas. Coffee maker was missing the inside part that holds the filter. So I didn’t get my morning coffee but that was OK. I would stay there again.

This property was wonderful for our quick weekend trip to visit some friends in the area. It’s close to everything, very clean, and the hot tub! What a bonus! They’ve got everything you need there at the house. We will certainly be back next time we visit. Quick and informative communication from the property owners/managers.
