Home is in Perfect Location. Outdoor area is right on the water and is beautiful. We loved the large open kitchen/family room. The bedrooms were very small with little room to navigate around the bed and place your luggage. There is not a bathroom upstairs since the master suite is locked and reserved for owner only. There is a secondary master suite on the first floor. The beds were a bit uncomfortable and the sheets very rough. There were not TVs in any of the bedrooms. The home was well stocked with linens and kitchen items. Overall our family had a great stay at this home.

Our stay was dreamy! The house is beautiful, the pool is amazing, and the view was incredible. It has great space and comfortable beds. We loved it!

We are a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids ranging from 6-14 years old). We stayed here after four days at Disney to relax a bit. Lots of good restaurants, ice cream shops and close walking distance to the public beach. We liked that there was a great ice cream/shaved ice place directly across from the beach access point/beach showers/bathrooms. Location is great - quiet and close to whatever we wanted to go whether walking or driving. The open concept of the kitchen/living room/dining room was great and spacious - overlooking the Banana River. We loved seeing the wildlife casually inside the house or while watching on the dock - manatees, dolphins, fish, stingrays, birds and an alligator! Publix grocery store very close to stock up on items before settling in. Disappointments included broken items (such as the pool umbrella - so the pool is in full sun the entire time) that are shown as included in the listing, not having a garage door opener (and we searched for over an hour upon arrival when told by management it should have been left on the counter or in ANY of the drawers in the house, to then later be told we don't have one and to either run when closing the garage door or walk through the house to the keypad to lock from the front door every time when we told them we could not locate it...), flat uncomfortable pillows, and not a working ice maker. The fridge did not produce ice and the teal ice maker on the counter (and in pictures, which should be removed if not in clean, usable condition) had pink mold and crumbs inside and we were not going to use it/take the time to sanitize it during our short vacation there. Overall a good rental, with definite nice points, but also a few unexpected disappointments - especially when choosing this higher-cost rental over other options.

It was great my kids loved it

Wonderful home great for groups of adults and families alike! Clean, exactly as pictured, well equipped kitchen! We saw both manatees and dolphins regularly right off the dock! You can see the rocket launches from the front yard! For families with young kids specifically: We came for almost a month in January. We paid for heat in the spa and it was well worth it. Kids were in the pool/spa every single day. There’s a lovely library walkable to the house that you can get a non-resident yearly membership to for $15. They have a nice kids section of books, puzzles, and DVDs to take home plus toys (Lego kits, etc) you can play with there on rainy days. They also have a free new craft kit each Tuesday you can take home. There’s a playground you can see from the front yard plus a nature park next to it that had an outdoor “workout” area my kids loved. The house has sand toys, pool toys and a variety of sizes of life jackets. All bedrooms had blackout curtains. Yes, you can see the rocket launches but no, they weren’t loud enough to Wake our sleeping kids. The walk to the beach isn’t far for an adult but we drove with our young kids to the access point with a playground which takes all of 2 minutes and I highly recommend if you have littles because there are bathrooms/showers/toy rental options at that access point. All the doors/windows announce when opened which was a nice feature for us with littles who can open doors and there is also a provided pool alarm. Super quite house. Absolutely fabulous for families and longer term stays!

Very nice property with all the necessities you need. Felt like home. Property management is quick to answer any questions, and rectify any issues asap. Very close to the beach/pier, without all the hustle and bustle traffic wise. Very relaxing and laid back. Five Star in our opinion!

this home blew our expectations out of the water! We had a wonderful stay and would 100% go back!
