Everything was perfect, from the warm welcome and friendly service to the cleanliness and overall experience. The entire team was professional, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. We really enjoyed every moment and felt very comfortable and well taken care of. I will definitely repeat this wonderful experience and stay at the hotel again in the future. Highly recommended!❤️

Upon arriving at the hotel, the reception team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always greeted us with a warm smile. Hossam was a wonderful and helpful person who was available and supportive Thanks a lot Hossam And Salsabil from Reception was also very kind, welcoming, and truly wonderful with the guests. There was absolutely nothing to complain about during our stay. Everything was excellent, from the location and the room to the cleanliness, spaciousness, and overall service. I would especially like to thank the Housekeeping team. They are such a great and enjoyable team, especially Ahmed Abu Eida, who was extremely helpful and paid great attention to every detail regarding the cleanliness of the room. Thank you so much to this wonderful team for the excellent service and hospitality. I will definitely repeat my stay at this hotel again in the future.❤️
