Great view from the balcony and its availability. Convenient location. Large refrigerator. A large amount of kitchen appliances.
Lack of curtains and, as a result, the need to constantly open and close the shutters. Too soft a bed and too hard a pillow. Problems with household appliances. A non-functioning washing machine. Problems with the apartment's electricity supply. A broken lock in the bathroom. A broken toilet drain tank. Problems with the front door lock. A missing shelf in the shower for shampoo. A missing shower head. Not all the dishes were clean. Broken and dirty furniture on the balcony. In general, the apartments are a bit "tired" and small for 3 people.
