Das Personal war nett und freundlich insbesondere, Herr Mohammad Khiani war sehr nett, freundlich, rund um die Uhr in jeder Hinsicht hilfsbereit, der Besitzer soll sich glücklich schätzen, dass er so einer Angestellter hat. Die Aussicht von oben war mega, Supermärkten, Restaurants, Bushaltstelle und viel mehr nur paar Schritte entfernt. Das Gebäude von innen und außen war sehr schön und gepflegt. Die Zimmer waren hell mit großen Fenstern In Wellnessbereich eine kleine Becken mit wärmere Wasser für die kleinen Gäste wäre schön gewesen. Allgemein war alles gut, werden wir gerne noch mal kommen. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Das Bad und das Bett!!!!) Die Dusche war Renovierungsbedürftig, es hat auch Kleinigkeiten gefehlt und das Bett an sich war leider nicht bequem.

Уют, чистота, обслуживание, охраняемая территория,местоположение,шикарный вид на город с 19 этажа!!!!рекомендую!!!очень внимательный персонал.был поздний выезд, хозяин предоставил бесплатно!!!бассейн , сауна,тренажерный зал- все на высшем уровне!!!вернемся еще!!!

El alojamiento esta ubicado en una zona residencial con servicios cercanos como restaurantes, comida para llevar, supermercado, etc. El anfitrión estuvo atento en todo momento a nuestras necesidades.

La limpieza del apartamento esta hecha de manera ligera sin prestar atención a los detalles lo que desmerece el alojamiento. Algunos electrodomésticos aunque funcionales están dañados estéticamente lo que reduce el valor de un alojamiento tan bueno.

When I looked at options for our 5-night stay in Istanbul, I was impressed with the reviews of this place and its facilities. Was I sceptical? Yes. Was I pleasantly surprised? Hell yes! The mention of Mohammed and how nice he was swayed it for us and he was just as described, as was Mehran who was also helpful. The security personnel were also very courteous and helpful, especially Agit. The facilities, location, food and other services nearby and everything about this place was awesome. There's a mosque a mere 5 minutes walk away which was nice. I definitely recommend it and look forward to staying here again. Did I mention we had a Turkish coffee departure gift? Hell yeah, we did!

Everything was excellent, but if I must be picky, it's the opening time for the pools and gym. At 11am, it splits your day in half and makes it challenging to be out and about enjoying the brilliant sights that Turkey offers. This is not a showstopper but if I had my way, I would have the pool/gym open sooner

The apartment was very small on booking they said it has 120 m2 but it was very small maybe 50m2, not enough for 2 adults and 3 children

The rooms were the same as they were advertised. Spacious, clean and comfy apartment. We just came few weeks ago and the weather was so hot in Istanbul but the rooms were so cold and ACs were working perfectly. Mohammad was the loveliest and the most humble person in the hotel. He was so professional prior our travel and when meet him in person he was even better and well mannered. His hospitality was beyond words. He made sure we have the best experience staying at this apartment building. I and my whole family members ( we booked 5 rooms ) were very happy about our stay and recommend this place to whoever is looking for apartment hotel. Book the rooms you wont regret.

I would like to give this apartment a 10/10 rating. The apartment and facility were spotless, with good security. The spa, indoor pool, and gym were all very good and clean. The host was amiable and helpful, and I felt secure and comfortable during my stay.

The staff that greeted me was very friendly and helpful. And when I got to the apartment, it made me very happy that the apartment was so clean, that I could find everything I wanted in the kitchen, I slept comfortably thanks to the air conditioners on this hot summer day thank you for providing me this comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who will stay in Istanbul.

I was very sceptic about the facility before booking but when I met Mohammed, I was beyond surprised at his hospitality. He was available at all times and made sure me and my family met all our needs 😀 He would go his way and make calls to order us taxi for us since we were a family of 6. The security was very comforting since they had security guards at the reception making sure who was coming in and out. There were a lot of restaurants and supermarkets nearby and the view from the apartment was outstanding. We’re definitely coming back whenever we visit Istanbul.

We were satisfied from all points of view. The apartments were completely clean and had all the facilities. And a special thanks to dear Mohammad , who really treated everyone with a very good and excellent attitude and if there was a problem, he would solve it. He took care of all the guests.

This place provided me with an incredible experience! The cleanliness was truly remarkable - it's clear that they prioritize keeping the surroundings pristine. Everything, from the common areas to the rooms, was spotless and well-kept. The thoughtful features of the apartment, such as air conditioning, added to the comfort of the stay. The central position, close to numerous sights, restaurants, and Marmara Park, was ideal. Additional safety measures were comforting. The indoor pool, spa, and gym were all spotless and conveniently accessible, making my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for a comfortable, convenient, and luxurious stay.

It had everything that we needed from dishwasher to washing machine and AC in most of the rooms.

Super nice host and the view at 19th floor was amazing.

The place didn't seem too clean and the smell around the building was not so pleasant.

only Parking Camera , some times you need help from Mr.Mohamed To open parking , But Mr. Mohamed is always helpful and never late

It is a very nice and comfortable apartment in great place. Mohamed met us at the entrance and let us in even though we arrived earlier than it was planned. He helped us a lot and answered all the questions. Thank you, we will be back.

flat was good .

there is one small AC for the whole flat bed room with our AC and was bit hot to sleep. parking area was bit diffical to inter every time you have to wait for 3 to 5 min till they open tha gate.
