Be away from this host, they never refund the incident deposit, they keep saying we are processing the refund for long time until you loose the right to dispute the refund transaction, thats what they do

We'd prefer Peace but due to guests it's disturbing.

My food was not safe. I was not safe. Cameras didn't seem to work an seemed to be touched unsafely. From morning until dawn the front door was open an closed rapidly non stop. Guests were not decreet and nasty. Guests bangs on my door start trouble in property and witnessed other guest being disturbed accusingly blaming for items that only that guest should know about. Allot of Guests brought drugs to the property. Unsafe unstable. Guests brings Strangers in property. Unsafe. Very uncomfortable. I still managed to enjoy my stay. Waiting on guests to use the bathroom and ruin the bathroom on the level of floor I stayed. Didn't have safe leftovers in the fridge. I didn't make any complaints about it nor did I disturb guests whatsoever. Seems to me that the guests are doing whatever it is that they want when there are policies for the property. I found water holes out back sitting in the window of the basement. I turned that off before it floods. Just didn't expect these things at this property. I've stayed before and didn't have any problems this stay showed me that I wouldn't come back. Really feel upset an sad I booked nearly a whole month and that was what I got in return. YOU SHOULD REALLY CONSIDER YOURSELF GOING TO THE PROPERTY TO SEE WHAT'S GOING ON DON'T LET GUESTS FOOL YOU.I'm a stay to my self kinda person never want any trouble. GOD BLESS

Nothing at all.

No AIR CONDITIONING on a 90 degree weekend. Claimed that 78 degrees was satisfactory, accused me of extortion bc I asked for a refund. I was going to write a review regardless. Fresh out of surgery they wanted me to commute to a store, purchase a fan, and “wait to be reimbursed” for the fan only, not the cost of travel- I declined bc I was physically unable to do so. Terrible customer service. When I complained about air conditioning, they lied and said I was the only guest complaining - ran into 3 other guests who expressed the same concerns. I meant to reach out to L&I to confirm if was is an appropriate temperature during a heatwave… Thermostat literally said it was on a heat setting. Long wait time to receive your deposit back.
