The beds and bedding was good. Location is good also

The tv didnt receive any signal and with no wifi we couldn't stream as an alternative along with no phone service through 5g/4g off telstra. The indoor rubbish bins were rusty, the kitchen handles were corroding. Water leak marks in the roof The worst thing was its on top off a coffee shop and 5.20 every morning woken up by them opening and the tapping of the coffee handle to extract used coffee every minute or so reverberating through the aparment. For the money paid (over$400 a night), poor value

The inside of the apartment was very clean. Location was excellent. An easy walk to the beach. Nice sized balcony with a good view. Away from the main shopping area of the street, meant it was quiet during the evenings.

The outside balcony had not been cleaned in a long time, and covered our feet in black dirt. It became necessary for us to scrub it clean ourselves during our stay. Fan in second bedroom was very noisy, and requires replacing. Cistern in second toilet faulty, at times kept running. Not enough bin space. SAFETY CONCERNS: Fire Escape door lead to a path that was overgrown and impassable if an emergency did occur. Large step just inside the gate entrance needs to be marked as a trip hazard ( our child fell down it. Would be a significant injury to an adult if they fell).
