Here is what was good: Comfortable king bed Here is what needs improvement: The odor when we opened the door to check in smelled of urine. The house was warm and stuffy. My thought was if i could get the AC running it would clear the urine odor out. When i adjusted the thermostat from 78 to 72, there was barely any air flow coming from the vents. I made sure the vents were open. However, the odor actually got worse. I think it was coming from under the house. The house wouldn't cool off. I checked the thermostat again. It was set to 78. AGAIN, I adjusted it to 72. I sent a message to the owners. They said the reading was cooling the house. I had to adjust the thermostat several times. We brought our own fan and tried to sleep. By 2:30 am the urine odor kept waking me up. We notified the owners again. We started looking for another place to stay. My husband took a shower with no hot water, only barely warm. The fridge needed to be cooler so i adjusted the knob. The fridge made horrible noises but did work. The master bedroom had nowhere to put luggage or clothing. The closet wasn't finished. They left 1 small pillow on a king bed. The washer worked but made terrible noises. Some of the kitchen cabinet doors didnt have any knobs. The overall appearance was half done. We're requesting a refund since we checked out after the first night.

Well it looks as if the owners took care of all past guest issues, because this house is absolutely fantastic! It has everything you need for a short or long term stay. Extremely clean, nice big TV on the wall with all the wires hidden, beautiful kitchen and big long countertops, super comfy beds and couches, fast Wi-Fi, garage, and fenced yard for pets and kids. Nice of amenities like lots of towels and quality coffee. And literally right by the airport made which made everything convenient for me and the family. Loved the fact that we saw lots of neighbors walking around on the sidewalks. Seems very safe and loved the community vibe. Definitely coming back when we return to Cleveland.

Where do I begin! WE ENDED UP STAYING AT A HOTEL THE LAST TWO NIGHTS. First impression was yard had not been cut for several weeks, dead plants, bushes overgrown. Moving to the inside apparently the last time it was painted no one used a drop cloth so there are paint splatters all over. The sheets on the king bed had pills all over and needed to be thrown away. We only saw one set of hand towels. Don't know how much we should include but the kitchen was a disaster. Only 2 glasses, 3 spoons, 3 forks, 2 pots. There is a microwave and a coffee maker, plates and bowls and coffee mugs. I hate to give such a low rating but there are a lot of other details too many to list. On the positive side, the host was very apologetic and was very quick to contact us. Our recent stay at this property was far from what we expected, and we want to share the details of our disappointing experience in simpler terms. When we first walked into the property, it smelled really bad, like a lot of dogs had been there. It hit us right away. We also noticed mold in the washing machine, and there was dog hair all over the place – on the vents and almost every surface. The bathroom was super dirty, and even the couches in the living room were not clean. The refrigerator was in bad shape too. To make matters worse, we had to call in cleaners multiple times to try and make the place somewhat decent. They even used some special machine to get rid of the strong dog smell, but it didn't work. We booked the place for nine days, and the bad smell never went away. This was a big problem because my daughter and wife are allergic to pet dander and hair. So it was really disappointing. New linen was bought by the host, but there was still dog hair present in the sheets. The property looked nothing like the pictures we saw when we booked it. Besides the dog hair in the beds and the bad smell, there were no window screens for fresh air, and the air conditioning didn't work properly. Dealing with customer service was a nightmare. It took over two hours on the phone and a lot of back-and-forth emails just to get told to contact the host. We were promised a refund for our stay and some money to cover the cost of booking a hotel because of the mess.

The property was not clean at all I tried getting in contact with the owner but they have no number up on the site ! There was a leaking in one of the room leaking directly on the bed and I’ve tried calling also about that overall the stay was not okay

It was very nice me an my family planning on going back the house looks just like the pictures very quiet area definitely an great getaway very roomy an clean I will be back

The house was nice but it was filthy. The one car garage was full of trash. Cabinets in the bathroom and kitchen also had trash and other guest used toiletries. The pipes near the washing machine were broken and leaked up water from under the floor. Also during our stay police we’re chasing somebody on foot and police came thru the backyard shining lights throughout the house at about 4 in the morning. The house needs some serious remodeling and cleaning

"I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The house has a very cozy feel to it, and had everything we needed. I especially loved the master bedroom with the king bed and master bathroom! Nice decor. Beautiful kitchen. Cool deck off the back. The house was super clean and it has a nice big washer and dryer so we could wash our clothes right there.Good location in a safe neighborhood. If you're looking for a nice, quiet cozy place to stay, I would highly recommend you give this house a visit. I would rate my stay a 11/10!
