We had a wonderful stay at this property! Shannon was great! Great communication and availability. The house and property were very nice! A very easy walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Redington Beach. The home is a short (5 to 10 minutes) walk to the beach. The location is fantastic; the area is residential without any large complexes in the immediate area. The beach was not crowded at all during our entire stay. The commercial areas are a short drive (or long walk) from the home.
The home is very comfortable and had plenty of room for our family of five. Our three girls (ages two, seven, and seven) slept comfortably in the second bedroom. They also enjoyed eating and playing in the fenced backyard.
There were a lot of great amenities with this home, including beach equipment, bicycles, a massage chair, and household essentials. It truly felt like staying at someone’s home as opposed to a rental.
Communicating with the owner was easy; she responded quickly to calls and text messages. She took the time to communicate with us prior to our stay to provide updates about the property and to provide detailed check-in information.
I highly recommend this property for anyone that wants a relaxing, comfortable stay in Redington Beach.

This property was perfect for our quick trip away! House was clean and well appointed. Walking distance to beach and various restaurants.Host was very attentive and available. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely one of the top beach homes I have ever stayed in. Immaculately clean, organized, bed comfortable and all the amenities one would need. Felt like I was home in my own home! Back yard great place to hang out drink coffee or cook. Location close to beach and great food. Communication with property owner excellent! Above 5 star place and will definitely be back to stay again!

We stayed three days, but no one wanted to leave! It was the perfect beach house with comfortable accommodations and so near the beach, you could easily walk there. The owner had a garage full of beach supplies and the decorated backyard was perfect for our families grilling the last night. I highly recommend this property and would love to return again in the future.

I can’t believe we came across such a great find! The backyard was absolutely amazing. We had every meal at that patio table with the fan on. Everything we needed for the beach was available in the garage. The best part was the location! Literally in the front of the neighborhood, across the street and a little to the right was the beach access. The beach wasn’t over populated since there isn’t public parking around so it was just for the neighborhood pretty much. It was perfect! Definitely walking distance.
Then if you take a right when you walk out of the house and down the way just a little was a little mini causeway where we fished with our 11 year old for easy catch. Walking distance for sure. Catch the sunset there while you’re at it. Bird watching was phenomenal, too!
Absolutely recommend. Also, check out Haze ice cream while you’re there. Became a new family favorite!

This is a hidden gem. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our stay. Shannon, the owner was very pleasant and wonderful to communicate with. We enjoyed the backyard every morning and evening. We brought our 22’ boat and kept it at Madeira Beach, Marina, just a few miles away. The Marina was also great to deal with. The drive way was big enough to keep our boat trailer and our truck in it. We would definitely rent this place again that’s how great it was.

This home HAS IT ALL.
Location: A quick 30 minute ride from the airport brings you to this lovely home a block from the beach. We walked to the beach every single day. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. In either direction you'll find activities, a grocery, or shopping.
Amenities: The entire house is stocked as if the person who lent it was there yesterday. More than enough beach chairs, floaties, towels, coolers, carts, etc. Than you would need. Plenty of kitchen accessories and even toiletries.
General: The home is beautifully decorated and well cared for. The bed and couch are super comfortable. The backyard was wonderful for relaxing evenings. Shannon was super helpful. I highly recommend this property!

The property had everything we hoped for plus more to enjoy our vacation. The host was very easy to communicate with and available immediately for anything we might need. The house was very clean and the beach decor was wonderful. The outside space with a bar, grill, and dining table was perfect for gathering for big dinners. The hot outside shower was amazing to have to wash the sand off all the kiddos from the beach that was only a few minutes walk down the street.
Could not have asked for a better vacation and the Saltwater Serenity made that possible for our family.

What a great house!! Exactly as pictured and described. Such an easy walk to the beach with two beach access points just 1-2 blocks away. Wonderfully whimsical decor, landscaping and lighting in the outdoor spaces—especially the adorable beachy-kitsch backyard with covered/shaded dining table. All the accoutrements for cooking and serving you could need as well as beach chairs and other supplies. Comfortable and spacious open living/kitchen area and adjacent sunroom for lounging or office space as needed! Love to come back in the warmer weather since it was SO close to the beach!
