Clean, comfortable, with easy access to waterfront restaurant and bar across the street. Resort fee apparently covers bike rentals (I didn't take advantage). Front desk service was superb! The "patio" was tiny (~4' x 8') and overlooked the parking lot. Also not used.

Loved this resort, will be back. Bar and restaurant area are absolutely fantastic, food was good. Can't wait to come back.

This was our second time staying here. The vibe of the location is old Florida-there are a number of good water front restaurants with music. The room was updated and the pool was good.

This was the most inhospitable hotel check in experience i have ever had. I knowingly arrived early (10:55a), and as a handicapping person asked to be put on a priority waitlist for the first available room. This was gladly accepted and i was second on their list. At 12:30 I called and wheeled my self back to the desk to see if something was available and was told flatly that their rule was 4pm check in, period, and that they would call whenever the room was ready. I had spoken to both the day clerk and desk manager, and offered to pay an additional charge. There never was any call. I went back to the desk around 4p and was told the room had been ready for a while. This spitefulness by the front desk was obvious, and the unforgiving attitude of the front desk towards a handicapped person is not forgivable on my part. I'm sure they have their opinions because they made sure to let me know who's in charge, but this is my opinion and i wont be back.
p.s. I recently retired as a travel professional after 27 years.

Had to make a quick visit, 1 night only while visiting friends in Sebastian. Local choices were limited due to being in-season.
Very pleased, nice, clean well kept room overlooking pool. Would book again if we had to. We were not able to take advantage of all they offered due to family commitments, but offerings looked great.

reviews we thought we’d give it a try one night. We were pleasantly surprised our room was clean, big and very pretty with a
Small balcony overlooking a clean pool. Due to weather we did not take advantage of the outdoors. We did eat at the on site restaurant and that was very good. Maybe we just lucked out but would def go back again.

We were only at Captain Hyram’s for one night. But, we enjoyed our stay very much. The room was spotless, and appeared to have been recently renovated. The furnishings were stylish, with calming colors. Plus, the mattress and pillows were perfect. I’d like to be able to purchase that exact mattress.

We stayed for three nights in a standard king room. Our room wasn’t as clean as it should have been but the rest of the hotel was clean. Staff was very nice.

Room smell like dirty socks, room was humid No water pressure. The room was dusty. Limited foods places to eat. There were 2 restaurants walking distance from hotel unable to eat as wait was over an hour. Would not recommend. The only good part the water was walking distance.

I would highly recommend Captain Hiram's, they were very welcoming from the minute I stepped in the building until I left. Great front desk staff!!

Room was very clean and comfortable. We arrived on a Friday afternoon and they gave us wristbands for a couple free cocktails early (before 7 pm). We got settled in our room and went for our relaxing free cocktail. There were girls also walking around with some small snacks which again was a treat. Everyone we encountered was pleasant and seemed to enjoy their job. Would definitely stay there again.

I love this resort! The marina, the restaurant and the beach bar with nightly entertainment is awesome. Our issue was with our hotel room. It had a sour smell after a couple of tries to correct, we got a new room, which was perfect.

The front desk was very pleasant upon arrival. The room wreaked of pet urine. Actually, the whole third floor smelled like urine getting off the elevator. The shower had to be run for 15 minutes before hot water. Such a disappointment since we have stayed there in years past and we’re very pleased.

We had a great time! Everyone was very nice… the food was excellent as it was the service. Music and a special happy hour on Friday was the best. Had the fortune to meet Will and Jose. Definitely we are coming back!

Accommodations were overpriced for value. Hotel offerred veteran discount, but because I utilized Hotes.com for reservations, no discount could be applied.
Accommodations were definitely outdated with minimal amenities offered.

Room was very spacious and clean,the staff was friendly and checkin was fast. We booked a queen suite on the 3rd floor and loved the balcony. We would definitely stay here again!

We only stay one night, but it was totally work it. The Hotel is really cute, it has been updated, it's fresh and modern. Location was amazing, it consist of the 3 hotel locations and the restaurants, which were great, food was great, live music.
The only downsize it can be loud, but we were so tired, we didn't mind. Definetly at great geataway, we will be back for a little longer stay

Love the restaurant love the bars love the staff. Hotel front desk was empty a lot. However, and their defense it was for or 5:00 a.m. they could have been preparing for breakfast but I went down twice and couldn't find anybody. Otherwise the location is great the property looks great the hotel was very clean I'll be back.

A great, somewhat quaint resort next to the water. Seems like it was recently upgraded as many things looked new (I even thought I smelled fresh paint). Plenty of dining options available on property and nearby as well. We enjoyed our stay and will come back again!

Loved everything being close by,we could walk to breakfast or to the tiki bar. The happy hour we didn't like, understaffed, the wait staff only wanted to help you if you were eating, and with only one bartender it was a long wait to get a drink, we left after the first round because of the wait.

We had my daughters wedding there, it was perfect & the staff was so helpful & curtious. We couldn't had asked forva better day. Except the rain. Lol but the accommodations was very helpful! Thank you & the food was excellent!
