The property had plenty of rooms for everyone in our family. It was a good location in between Denver and boulder. The house had a great kitchen fully stocked! The view for the sunset and sunrise are amazing.

Very different bnb stay! A person lives in the second floor with VERY LOUD BARKING DOGS. You couldn’t come in and out of the property at the private entrance without the dogs barking at you and running around in the backyard that you walked through to get to the house. You couldn’t sit outside and enjoy the view because the dogs would come and bark at you. The air conditioning was a NEST controller. We continued to set it at 68 or 69 but it would go right back to 73; the smaller bedrooms were very hot at night. The laundry room was shared by both upstairs and downstairs and there was not a lock in between to the main living area. The water is EXTREMELY SOFT so it’s very hard to get soap out of your hair and off your body. The parking at the house is close but the property has a lot of other cars and old vending machine and metal containers around the parking. We weren’t sure we were in the right place when we arrived. They tried to make this place very nice and it was clean, and well decorated snd we had everything we needed but overall I will NEVER rent a BnB with another person on property and dogs ever again. If you like barking dogs at all hours (especially early) and you want to make a new friend (our host was nice) then go for it. It’s just not for me and my family!
