Lovely clean and spacious house with a fab location 😊

This bungalow is a hidden gem. We absolutely loved it. It was minutes from the beach and a 5 minute walk into Hemsby. The bungalow itself was very spacious and had everything you could possibly need, a fully fitted kitchen, large american fridge freezer, pantry, utility room with washer and dryer, microwave and more. The beds were comfortable and the wet room was great for my elderly mum and the children, I personaly loved the roll top bath. The garden was a great size and had patio furniture for outdoor dining. It is also dog friendly and had free Wifi. Great Yarmouth was a 15 minute car journey and Wroxham was 40 minute car journey to pick up a boat trip. We will definately be booking for next year. I would 100% recommend this hidden gem.

Loved the provision of fresh milk and biscuits on arrival
Slightly difficult to find for those of us who are not very tech savvy
Couldn't find the dishwasher but it kept us guessing
Heating coming on twice daily made it extremely hot

Fabulous house. Very comfortable and homely. Beautifully presented. Very spacious and immaculately clean. Very comfy beds and everything you might need for a relaxing holiday. Ideal location just a few minutes walk into Hemsby. Booking in was clear and simple with lots of information.

The property was very well catered in terms of anything you would need during a stay . It is decorated to a very high standard . Wet room
Is ideal for someone with poor mobility . Would certainly recomment the property and if looking to stay in the area would stay there again
Very difficult to find , when rang the management company they didn’t know how to find the property either .

Located great for taking dog for a walk
The grass in the garden could have done with a cut ,buddy loved playing but it was quite wet underfoot to play and also for me to hang the washing out which I did
