Location & residential feel. Some amenities & close to good transit connections.
Fridge was an emergency replacemen & not at right height;; kitchen table should be replaced; coffee machine broken internally; Not enough pillows; need some area rugs; garbage containers for recycling???; deadbolt security; no face cloths; access to a broom, dust pan, otherwise it would almost, be excellent.

Instructions were clear and it was super easy to get the keys. Very family oriented neighborhood with tons of folks riding bikes, walking dogs and children playing. Quiet and peaceful at night and very convenient to the international airport. Lots of extra little conveniences like a blow dryer and ironing board.
Parking within a half km of the building is nearly impossible. Prepare to walk your luggage a long way from a tight spot. The price point is very reasonable but the facilities would benefit from significant improvement.

Location is fine, rooms space is enough, facilities are ok, beds are comfortable and clean.
There are some harmful insects around the windows so windows should be protected by metal mesh to prevent insects from entering the apartment.

Easy transport accessibility and in a quiet decent area.
There was NO basics necessary like Microwave, Washing machine and dishwasher. It was terrible for a family with a 3 little children.
