La almohada demasiado dura

Muy espacioso y amplio. Todo nuevo

Nada

The apartment was much more spacious than we expected. It has two bathrooms, a very well-equipped kitchen, and air conditioning in every room. The location is excellent, right in the centre of Ortigia, with everything within walking distance. There is also a grocery store just next door. The communication with the hosts was great.

We really enjoyed our stay and have no major complaints about the property.

The apartment is in a good location and is decorated nicely. Giorgia was helpful organising transfers for us and was always easily contactable

The entrance to the property is extremely run down looking and lined with bins and I thought I was in the wrong place until I telephoned to check. The apartment had a strong fishy garbage odour at times. The bathrooms were cramped. We had no water from 7pm until 10am so I had to go to dinner unwashed after a day at the beach. I was not impressed that we were blamed for taking long showers and then told it was a pressure issue for all of Ortigia. I was offered a shower at another apartment but not until I had to leave for our dinner reservation. I didn’t appreciate being told a family of four are unable to take sufficient showers with the apartment’s facilities.
