Love the house and the convenience to the town square and beach. Look forward to revisiting again soon.

The house is the nicest one I've stayed in in the 35 years I've come to the beach. Any problems were quickly taken care of. With three living areas if someone wanted to get away for some quiet time it was easy. Fire pit on fourth floor outside balcony was used every night. Pool heated for no extra charge.

House was incredible with very nice bedrooms and bathrooms, three inside gathering places (one with a pool table), a large 4th floor deck with great views, and the swimming pool area. Our family consisting of grandparents, 4 sets of parents, and 9 grandchildren ranging from 2 months to 21 years enjoyed all the nice features. We cooked all our meals, with two grandkids helping adults to prepare the dinners. Great kitchen with plenty of dishes etc. We brought two beach cabanas and spent a lot of time at the beach every day. We were pleased that previous guests left a lot of beach chairs and boogie boards. Played golf once. Unfortunately, the heat index was well over 100 every day. With cooler weather we would have enjoyed nearby Seaside, Water Color and Grayton State Beach much more.

Besides lack of posting some amenities that were actually there-a nice surprise-it definitely needs towel racks in the bathrooms so that towels will dry out.
We had a very hard rain from the west which caused gushing water coming in the first floor bedroom window and a door on the third floor leaving floors soggy.

Wonderful stay in a magnificent house. Perfect for our group of 13. Proximity to the beach was a treat. All appliances worked perfectly. Fireworks display on the 4th from the 4th floor deck was an absolute delight. Highly recommended this house to all. All 5’s on the review.

Beautiful, spacious home! It was a great choice for a girls’ weekend. Many places to lounge and unwind with friends and family. Many spots to mingle and have refreshments too. Pool and outdoor seating is perfect. Can see ocean from bedrooms, living room, and balconies...even got a dolphin show one morning! Easy walk to beach, booked a brunch board (Graze 30A LLC), and private yoga (Studio Thirty-A) session too. Highly recommend all!

Our group enjoyed this fresh, clean, brand new, high-end home. The views and common spaces were especially memorable. We would return to this home simply because it was gorgeous and made us feel indulged and relaxed, but the location is really the icing on the cake. It is quite literally half a block to 30A then walk across the beach access to the beach OR walk or bike (on the includes bikes) about 4 blocks-ish to the center of Seaside for shopping, airstream food "trucks" and dining. We will be back!

This house was a dream come true for our girl's birthday getaway! This property is brand new! We each had our own room, gorgeous kitchen, and main living area, and the top floor with a deck overlooking the ocean and seaside is just heaven. I highly recommend this house for your next large-person gathering in Florida!

This house is perfect for entertaining a large party. The views were magnificent from all angles. I enjoyed sitting on the top deck, drinking coffee, and watching dolphins jumping out of the water, with only a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants.

The house was brand new and beautiful. We had gulf views from so many rooms and you could see all of Seaside and as far as Destin from the top patio. It was located a block out of Seaside and less than a block from the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed, the dining room table was massive, the bedrooms were huge and the beds were comfortable. We will be back!
