Stayed to visit family in the area. Conveniently located off 75, close proximity to 618 which is a pleasure to take in/out of Downtown Tampa. Food options are endless, supermarket options are close by. The bathrooms, kitchen, and living room are large. Enclosed lanai includes table & benches - great spot to relax and watch the water activity in the backyard. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Owner checked in to make sure we settled in nicely and enjoyed our stay.

My husband, our little dog & me enjoyed our stay immensely. Great out door lanai to relax & play games. Fenced in area for our dog. It was very clean & had everything u needed for cooking meals. Kim was very helpful with everything. We WILL be back!!!

The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated and well appointed. The only issue was that there were other houses in the neighborhood that had tall grass. Because it was a girl’s trip it made us feel a little uneasy. There were no issues with safety at all. The neighborhood was quiet at night and during the day. I would recommend this house to my friends and associates but just make them aware that all the yards will not be well manicured or even just mowed. For-this I would give it a 4 1/2 . But 4 was the only option.

5 stars all the way. The home is clean and beautifully renovated. There was thoughtful attention to detail relative to all of the appointments, design, and decor, and everything in it is brand new. This truly was a home away from home, and its central location was perfect for seeing and enjoying all that the Tampa Bay Area has to offer. The home’s enclosed front and back porch and grill made spending time outside as enjoyable as inside. The property manager/host was beyond amazing, professional, and attentive, and ensured our visit was all that we could have hoped for. You will not be disappointed with this lovely little get-away!

This home was the perfect spot during our stay in Florida. The home has recently been remodeled and they did a beautiful job.
The yard, the screened n front porch, the screened in back patio and the garage were all great perk's.
The location is so centrally located to shopping and restaurants it was a simple process to acclimate to the area.
From the booking process to the morning of check out, the Itrip Team did an outstanding job or communicating. Even the little exra touches for our arrival were well thought out.

Overall great location n property. Only challenge we had was the hot water ran out after the third person took a shower and the property sleeps 8 We figured it out though some showered at night and some showered in the morning. 😁
