The property actually exceeded expectations. Beds are comfortable, kitchen has everything needed and more. The two full-size refrigerators were a life-saver. The only thing missing are bedside table lamps.

Great house for a large group, we were 14 people of all ages. Plenty of space to be together and perfect having a bathroom for each bedroom. Kitchen area is beautiful and all areas are newly decorated. Had a great time!

My family and I decided to start a new tradition and rent a nearby waterfront property to bring in the new year. This was a great choice! The property has been renovated and it shows! The amount of rooms and bathrooms is exceptional, plus there are two sections of the home w/a bit of added privacy. The access to the water is well protected with a gate which made it safe since we brought our three toddler aged grandchildren. The property is also pet friendly, and has plenty of space to cook for large families with double fridges!

We rented this property to celebrate our 10th anniversary. We invited 5 other couples (no kids) and absolutely loved the space. We honestly booked in BIG part due to the TWO large tables in the kitchen area where we could set up multiple board games. The space was clean and spacious AND we loved how there were separate wings for the bedrooms. The river and area was beautiful, but only a couple of people dove in for a "cold plunge" as it was certainly too cold to swim in. Nonetheless, the outdoor area was lovely.We enjoyed being close enough to town to order good food, but far enough away to feel like we were actually retreating a bit.If we could get a group together again like that, we'd definitely go back. While we didn't have kids, a lot of the rooms have bunk beds and could have accommodated them nicely.

We had a great time at this property. The house layout is great for large groups. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. We would definitely come back to this property in the future.

The house had plenty of space for our extended family of 13! Plenty of places to sit and eat together and enough rooms and bathrooms so that everyone was exceptionally comfortable. The outdoor area going down to the river is very nice but it is a steep climb down to the edge of the river if you have little ones or older people. We hopped into the river every day right from the backyard, got out at the exit at the end of the horseshoe and then took the 10 minute walk back to the beginning of the horseshoe to float back to the backyard of the house. Would definitely stay here again!

16 adults, great indoor and outdoor space for entertaining. Backyard access to get in the river for floating. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house in a wonderful setting. Fishing was excellent. It is unusual for our large family to be able for everyone to set down together at mealtime but we were able to for a change in the spacious dining area.
