The apartment was bigger than I expected it to be. So, you have much space, an AC...a balcony... To get to the beach you simply need to cross the street and go 40 seconds and you can go into the water. The water is good for kids to swim but also simply to relax. Le Gourmet bar is alright to eat very nearby. Quick and easy communication with the owner via WhatsApp. I would definitely return if I'd come back to Mauritius and need to be in that region. There are busses stopping nearby - but anywhere in Mauritius it's much faster if you have a car.

It's clean in general - only a little suggestion to the owner is to paint the ceiling in the bathroom. Also to wash the bathroom carpet more often and the forgery in the kitchen.

We had a kitchen, shower, comfy double bed, Air con, balcony everything you need. Max Store, next door for your needs. Not many restaurants here so good for only few days stay. Close to beach but not good for snorkelling. Balaclava is the best, short bus ride. Hope this helps 😊
