The reception staff were the highlight of my stay. Emad Al-Sulami, and Islam Essam were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from check-in to check-out. They went above and beyond and even upgraded my room for free, which was a lovely surprise. Their warm hospitality made me feel truly valued as a guest. Thank you,
Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like. From the moment I arrived, everything went smoothly, with a quick check-in, a clean, comfortable room, and staff who were always ready to help with a smile. Any request I had was handled right away, and the team made sure I felt at home throughout my stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I’d happily stay here again.

I liked the location, I liked the layout of the hotel and all the ammenities. It has a cafe that serves food and drinks, a prayer room, an indoor and outdoor lounge area, a laundry and a kids playroom downstairs. I also liked the kitchenette in my room.
They need to open the windows in the room. The room felt very humid and as a result I saw mold in the ceiling and this bothered my asthma. They should modify the windows to make them open even if its a small amount. So the rooms can have ventiliation and prevent dangerous mold.

There is a bed smell in the rooms. It is because of humidity inside the rooms.
Some of the rooms they had water on the ceiling.
