We had a fantastic stay at Les Cat Cocoa Farmstay and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always polite, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. She is clearly passionate and very knowledgeable about cocoa farming, and it was really interesting learning about the local farming practices. She also shared her knowledge of the local area and introduced us to some of her pet cats, which made the experience even more memorable. The host took us on a tour of the local area, brought us to local markets to give us an insight into Thai culture, took us out for breakfast, and even cooked us breakfast on our last morning. She was helpful throughout our stay, and nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. The nearby wildlife sanctuary is also well worth a visit, with some of the most impressive and quiet (visitor-wise) waterfalls we’ve seen anywhere in Southeast Asia. The hot cocoa was also amazing. The best I’ve had since I was a child drinking hot chocolate at Christmas. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality. We hope to visit again one day!

Unforgettable experience for me, what an exceptionally kind and generous host. Anyone staying in the hat yai area wanting a truly authentic Thai experience should stay here! She went above and beyond to show me the local area, taste local food and see/experience life in this rural area! As a solo female traveller I was made to feel very safe here!

Room was basic but of course that's to be expected!

the stay here brings me back to my childhood memory. it is a good place to relax and enjoy the nature. we have breakfast by the lake under a small hub, the view is good. the breakfast is prepared by the owner, the hotdog is the specialty where another place cannot be found. good experience. the dog is friendly, it keeps me busy while waiting for the breakfast to be served.

the internet connection is poor since it is out of city. there is no heater available, and water disruption will happen occasionally.
