The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The location was ideal, near to the river and Triana, the cathedral and palace, Museum de Belles Artes...never had to use an Uber or public transportation.
This is one of the most beautiful and walkable cities I have been to.

Beautiful duplex apartment in great location. Convenient to walk to all major attractions. Apartment is very well maintained. Every room was very clean with modern amenities and was the perfect space for our family. Maria was so easy to communicate with and gave us great suggestions on how to spend our two days in Seville. Highly recommend!

Extraordinary
Owner, Pablo, was responsive, generous and helpful leading up to our stay. He greeted us and checked us in providing great info and logistics. The three BR, two full bath apartment is on the third floor (elevator) of a newly renovated building on a "secondary" street off a major thoroughfare. Just a 7 euro cab ride from he train, it is perfectly located to tour the city. Groceries and restaurants are abundant in immediate proximity and there are globs of shopping everywhere. The historic sites of old Sevilla are all around. Buses are easy.
The unit had three BRs each with large comfortable beds. Two generous bathrooms with nice showers and tons of towels. Spotless, modern and neat as a pin there's an open kitchen-dining-living area that's amazingly large by European standards.
The LR has a large (Spanish only) TV and is comfortable and spacious. Kitchen has a full-sized fridge and a 4 burner induction stovetop with oven. WiFi was amazing.
Clothes washer/dryer and dish washer along with a full complement of utensils make this a good space for two (or three) couples but note one BR is accessible through the other. Online photos are accurate. Perfect enough to be home. We will definitely stay here on our next visit.

This apartment has everything you need. A great location for touring the city of Seville. Excellent restaurants and shopping very close by. Easy pick up for tour companies if you are planning a date Excursion. Owner was extremely helpful.

We were exceedingly pleased with the Prada Penthouse apartment. It is very spacious and comfortable; the kitchen had everything we needed for preparing breakfast each day; and the apartment is within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to see in Seville. I also want to thank Maria again for being so helpful with advice about things to see and do during our stay.

Wonderful high ceilings. Open living area. Master bedroom requires walk up cute spiral staircase. 15 minute walk into old city. Decent restaurants around. Owner very friendly and helpful. Only potential improvement is ability to pay by Visa as it is uncomfortable carrying around that much cash for deposit and last payment. Would happily recommend.

We had a very enjoyable five day stay in Maria's apartment. It is tastefully decorated, clean and well appointed. The location is great and an easy walk to the old town and also the river and Triana. The terrace was nice for breakfast or relaxing in the evening.
Maria made check in easy and provided useful info for our stay.
Would definitely recommend and look forward to staying again next time we are in Seville.

The apartment was better than the listing pictures! It is a spacious multi-level apartment in a great location, immaculate with a lot of little extra touches that made our stay thoroughly enjoyable. Maria is a great host, easy to communicate, and even helped us to secure parking when our transaction wouldn’t go through. What a joy it was to stay here, and wished we could have stayed longer.

The flat is large with plenty of space for the family to find their own space and relax. The outside roof terrace was also very welcome as a place to eat and soak up the heat.
Gaining access was super easy with María meeting us at the flat - even though it was well past 10 when we arrived. It is really handy that the airport bus stops literally outside! We were talked through the flat and shown around and told how to get in contact if needed.
It is in a great location with Triana just over the bridge and the Cathedral, Alcázar etc within an easy walk. Buses are also very handy.
The flat is fully equipped and we felt no need for anything. The lift is very useful and the flat was quiet. The spiral staircase to the top floor has good handrails for those that need them.
Overall great property and one we were sorry to leave

This apartment is very well appointed. Very comfortable to stay in and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. Great location for taking an evening paseo across the river to the Triana neighborhood, a very lively neighborhood.
The apartment itself is one of the most beautiful ones we’ve stayed in all of our VRBO rentals in Europe thus far. Maria was super nice and great to meet at check-in. She gave us lots of helpful pointers for making the best of our time in Seville. They also had a guidebook in the apartment which was great. We highly recommend.

The Prada Penthouse was in a great neighborhood within walking distance of all that Seville has to offer. The apartment was well appointed and situated above an amazing Italian/Pizza restaurant. Maria was waiting for us there when we arrived and gave detailed information on everything we needed to know for a great experience in Seville. Highly recommended.

This apartment is truly excellent - the owner has gone above and beyond to provide a comfortable and stylish environment. It was spotlessly clean and so many extras were provided such as laundry soap, shampoo and coffee.
Maria met us on entry and was very helpful in showing us the apartment and telling us about the area. The location was fantastic within walking distance to many of the sights and great restaurants.
I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment - it was excellent!

The apartment was very clean. Maria was great with all communication prior to arrival. There are two bedrooms downstairs with one upstairs. This worked well for our family, giving everyone enough space.
The terrace was very nice to have, although I didn't realize it was upstairs with the bedroom. It worked out fine, just unexpected. Likely my fault for not reading the description fully. The kitchen was fully stocked and the pans were in good condition. Everything was nice, felt safe and we would return.

The apartment was spacious and perfect for our needs. Centrally located within easy walking distance to most all sites. Unlike most of our other rentals on this trip where check-in was self-check in or with property manager, owner's sister met us at apartment and gave us a personal tour of the home showing us how all the systems and appliances worked. Also provided information sheets with all the information we needed, including map of area with nearest grocery stores and dining recommendations. Basics, including coffee, were provided and much appreciated. Only caveat, master bedroom is upstairs accessed by spiral wooden staircase. Other bedrooms on main level. Not an issue for us and would stay again.

We stayed at this wonderful flat for a month, and everything was perfect. The three bedroom, two bath apartment has everything one could want or need- from two types of coffee makers to measuring spoons to a juicer! Maria could not have been more helpful or kind. The location is perfect - just out of the tourist zone, and a 15 min walk to everywhere in Seville. 5 bus lines were within a 3 block radius and the area is filled with amazing restaurants and supermarkets. Can't wait to return!!

We couldn't have been more happy with our stay at the Prada Penthouse in Seville. We had a great time in this lovely apartment and Maria was the most responsive and helpful host we’ve ever had (and we've had many). The apartment was exceptionally clean and the furniture was upscale and very comfortable. The neighborhood was ideal for us -- modern, but with easy access to both the historic district (where we took in all the wonderful sites and restaurants that Seville has to offer) and to the desirable Triana neighborhood. We are very comfortable recommending this apartment to others and, in fact, have already recommended it to a family member.

We had a good experience staying at Maria’s place. It was very clean and comfortable, we had everything we needed, and we really appreciated the info and recommendations that Maria provided. The layout of the apartment is slightly unusual in that one of the bedrooms is a thoroughfare. This was no problem for us but might be for groups who need each bedroom to be fully private.

Everything was beautiful!! Unfortunately, we didn’t get to enjoy it completely because we arrived so late and left early! Hope this place is available on our return back to Seville in future.
I do wish that the owner could explain the parking meter more explicit to us guest. The meter was in Spanish and I didn’t realized there was a 3 hrs maximum parking! i received a ticket for jt.. 😞😞😞

Loved this apartment! It was about a 5-10 minute walk to the historical area but still had tons of restaurants very close around it, so it’s location was great. Inside the unit was awesome, plenty of space for everyone. We didn’t cook but the kitchen was well stocked if we wanted to. The washer was great to have as we packed light for our trip. The beds firm but comfortable and the AC’s worked great since it was warm outside. Maria was easy to communicate with for check in and the instructions in the apartment were helpful. Would totally recommend to stay here.

Absolutely loved staying in this modern apartment, beautifully clean, so light & Airy. Location was superb with everything you could want within walking distance. Maria was so helpful with lots of advice & ideas for our stay. Maria organised our car from the Airport & again helped us with a bus route back to the Airport. We would recommend this wonderful apartment with a super friendly host to anyone wishing to visit the stunning city of Seville.

This newly renovated, spacious apartment was well located, with comfortable beds, nice kitchen, good water pressure, and close to historic sites and tapas restaurants. Maria is responsive and very helpful. We hope to stay here again.
