We came to the area for vacation and crystal mining. Wasn’t far at all from the mining and we enjoyed staying at the lake house. Downtown was minutes away and was able to do everything we wanted to and more.

This was a great property. Lots of space for our family of 6 and very clean and comfortable. Fenced yard was great for our dogs and we loved hanging out on the patio. We were able to enjoy time at the house and it was easy to get in to town as well. Definietly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at this well appointed home. The 3 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms worked perfectly for our family. Thank you for sharing your lovely property with us. We absolutely loved sitting on the porch as well as the upstairs swing. No fish were caught even though we tried.

Had a great time visiting Hot Springs and surrounding area. The house was just as described. Really appreciate how the light switches were labeled. Enjoyed sitting out on the dock in the evenings. Kayaks are a nice touch.

We were having a Bible study retreat and this location is perfect! Quiet, yet not too far from the city. Great for outdoor activities!

Property was a bit tricky to find but beautiful location. Nicer than the photos. You won’t be sorry, would stay again for sure!

It was wonderful having all three bedrooms on one level with the living space down on lake level. It fit my wife, two children, my parents, and myself comfortably for a more than reasonable price. Very quite cove as well. Would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Convenient/fun to have the daily use of 2 kayaks and outdoor fire pit for s’mores. Spacious home with comfy beds and needed kitchen items/amenities. Plenty of outdoor seating and nice views (lake, birds, and a visit from a firefly). Good location that is a short drive to nearby attractions (bathhouse row, Mid-America science museum and several hiking options). Quiet neighborhood.

Nice 2 story home right on the lake. Everything was as listed in the description. Our grandchildren enjoyed swimming and fishing right off the dock. Would recommend for a family vacation.

This place was everything that we hoped it would be! The house is so cozy and welcoming! Everything was so clean and neat! The kitchen had all of the necessities! I couldn’t be happier! The kids love the lake, the kayaks and the access to swimming, my parents loved sitting out on the balcony every morning! We came here to relax and relaxation was exactly what we received. The host was so nice and she answered my questions. The neighbors were also so very welcoming! Hideaway cove is a wonderful place! We will definitely be back!

Great location on the water and close to everything. Room for our family of five with a nice kitchen and seating for everyone. This is a perfect spot for warm weather. Bring your boat because the dock is perfect.

Property is a great little get-a-way. Communications from the Host were top-notch. Instructions were easy to understand. Highly recommend.

Everything was self explanatory, we had no issues getting into the property with the keypad. Took us a little while to find the laundry room, but other than that everything was just as listed. Only safety thing, there were so many leaves, and there’s a lot of drop offs and cutouts in the concrete of the driveway, that we were sure to watch our step as you couldn’t see and possibly twist an ankle or fall.

This place is beautiful. The location was great. The home was very private, as the other home was being reno'ed and other home is just a lot. The area is clean and the people we met were friendly. Homeowner are very nice and the people who manage it are wonderful. We will return again.

Great house for a family! Back door just yards away from the water!! (With a fence to separate.) Great dock for swimming and kayaks! Great communication from host.

Property was beautiful, we had a great time. The only problem was the outside fan not working on the bottom patio, I would also suggest spraying outside/around the house for spiders. The beds were very comfortable and the house is very spacious. This was a very relaxing trip for us and we loved it.

The house is very cute. The dock is great to sit out and have a cup of coffee in the morning. We staying with my brother and sister for a birthday. The house was very dirty. Eggs left in the sink, toilets with vomit in/on them, no shower curtain in the upper bathroom when we arrived, old soap in the shower, dirty sheets on beds... the list goes on. Ann was great trying to get the cleaning crew to help make corrections. When they showed up and I mentioned what needed to be cleaned. The cleaner said the vomit on the toilet was from the sewer system. Didn't even look. I ended up running to the store to get cleaning supplies and just cleaned what I could.

This was a great little house on the lake - looks newly renovated! Updated kitchen, nice amenities, great dock for hanging out. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay, but were disappointed upon arrival. The house was pretty old and dirty. The downstairs bathroom is acceptable. However, the upstairs bathroom is not. We chose to not use the upstairs shower at all. The kitchen is well stocked and functional, but generally unclean. The most disappointing aspect was the status of the outdoor furniture. Again, old and dirty. One of the lounge chairs on the deck is broken. The entire house is in need of an update and a deep cleaning. The views and location on the lake were excellent.

Access to lake and all it's surroundings was great. We woke up each morning to a beautiful view and peaceful home and neighborhood. The home was very clean and all the necessary "comfort" items were on location and present. Access to property was seamless and easy to enter, Overall, this was an excellent experience and we would definitely revisit it again. There were a few items that were noted that could use some updating along the way, One in particular are the "outdated" electrical outlets, which are not 3-prong supported, therefore you will have to be careful what devices you bring that are 3-prong items. Second, there was not enough electrical outlets in home (this may be due to the age of home), but we had to improvise in order to get everything connected for kids to enjoy their games. And Third, if you visit during the cooler or colder days, when we used the heat inside the home, it heated the upstairs but the downstairs seemed to remain a little cold, therefore having the heat on longer made it hotter upstairs, then down., There were plenty of blankets on location and they provided for a cozy and comfortable cuddling opportunity :-). The outside fire stove on patio was a great item of enjoyment as we lit a fire and sat out on the porch way into the night enjoying the flames and clean air. It is a place we would visit again as we enjoyed our stay and the quietness it provided. Thanks to host for allowing us to add this experience to our lives. Regards, LarryV

The location on an arm of Lake Hamilton is great. Our kids didn't really catch any fish to speak of off of the dock but had fun fishing anyway. We were a little disappointed that one of the kayaks had a hole in it that made it unusable and it wasn't really possible for the owner to fix the issue during our stay. There were also a few small maintenance issues (wobbly toilet tank, loose kitchen faucet) that we hadn't expected. The proximity to Hot Springs was good and it was an easy drive to the National Park and to a couple of other nearby state parks where we did a lot of hiking.

Even though it was winter time, we really enjoyed the house and our stay! It was great to get away and enjoy time with family. We had 6 people and there was plenty of space for all of us. Would definitely stay again!
