The place is beautiful, spacious, clean. Great location close the beach.

Vacasa staff is the worst. I read bad reviews about the ac before booking and i wrote to make sure the issues from past reviews was fixed. They weren’t. I asked about them and I was lied to. The ac does not work it’s hot and we were miserable the whole time due to the heat. We couldn’t sleep. Poor management of this condo. Coffee maker doesn’t work either so buy instant coffee. Just small issues the could truly fix but choose not to and keep renting it out l.

The beach area was very nice and also the pool. Parking was great, just in front of the door

The apartment AC didn't work from the beginning. When we arrived the whole place was quite warm and we thought it was just turned on. By the morning of the next day, nothing had changed, and it was very hot indoors28°C, it was cooler to be outside. Call the local manager and he sent someone to fix it and told us not to put the termostat below 23°C. Because it got really cold we turned it up, 24°C, and from there, it never worked again. 3 days without AC and we reached 30°C on the thermostat... it was unbearable, we called the local manager and he was on day break, so no reply. We called the customer service of Vacasa, managing company of the apartment at 7am told they were gone send someone by 10am no one came, called again, same reply. Called at 12pm, and was told they were on the way, no one came and called again at 3pm same reply. By my last call at 6pm they told me they were on the way and that we were gonna get a compensation... 4 days after I haven't heard from them on the compensation. I won't recommend any vacation rental from Vacasa, try to avoid it.
