This apartment is in an ideal location, just a block or so off the main plaza (but yet quiet). Host was very responsive and helpful. The bed is very comfortable.

The apartment is totally functional though could use some additional sprucing up, perhaps with a feminine eye (it's a bit baren). There is a TV in the bedroom, which a previous reviewer noted there had not been when they stayed, which tells me the host is making upgrades. Little things like a bedside table and an extension cord to charge devices bedside, a piece of art or two, an ice cube tray (these are rare in Puerto Rico guesthouses, which is odd to me because it's very hot there), some coffee, etc. would go a long way. It met my needs on my bicycle trip around the island, and Ponce is a cool city (highly recommend checking out the Via Arte street murals).

I liked the location. It was in the center of the action. Jayson is an excellent host.

Even though I'm an all the time reader, I would have liked to have a small tv in the apartment. I usually don't travel with my tablet.

Great location. Very friendly and responsive host. The apartment overall is spacious and very clean.

Bathroom is small but it's not the end of the world. The full kitchen is nice but it could use some accessories like pots, pans and silverware.
