Apartamento bastante espaçoso e confortável.
A cozinha precisa de uma limpeza! O forno e alguma loiça estavam sujos. Não havia sacos para o lixo e o único colocado no balde já estava sujo.

Close to hop on hop off bus, supermarket below.
Very dated bathroom, black around tiles in shower. Smell of pee in hallway.

- private parking (even we did not use it)
- spacious apartment with 2 bathrooms
- location was as close to harbor area
- supermarket in the complex. Easy shopping
- elevator in the house
- no proper dining table, kitchen bar only with 2 chairs (while apartment is for 4 people)
- apartment needs some renovation in the details (like toilet paper holders are lose in the wall, etc). Easy fix

Secure parking.
Communal spaces in building were run down but inside flat was fine.
