Whatever booking.com advertised is real to our 24H room. 24H is the best view for sure will returning back once holidaying in PH
One of the family members that booked a room in same building got scammed and the reception gave us another room for another payment and advised us to request refund to booking.com. The reception said the room we booked is tenanted yet the booking.com advertising it. Radiance mentioned its always happen on that specific room which is weird as we know the booking.com reliability. We suspected there's an inside job happening on the booking system at Radiance that the booking.com need to be aware off

Location was great. Amazing view. Aircon worked well. Beds are comfy.
Very overdue for some maintenance and an upgrade. Mouldy bathroom ceiling isn’t great. No hot water in the entire unit, just very mildly warm. Also confirmed twice that the sofa bed would be made up, and when we arrived it was set up with a fitted sheet and pillow, no top sheet or blanket at all and none spare in the apartment.

It was spacious and the windows were nice and big. I like natural lighting so that is one of the best places I have ever stayed that has it. And it over looks star city and that big Ferris wheel. The unit was clean when we got there too
