My bedroom still had hair on the sinks and there was like 3 pillow cases over our pillows which tells me they don’t take them off to clean them

Hotel was amazing, staff was amazing. Food was wonderful!

The homeless population camped out on every corner, side stairwell exits, front and back…following and approaching us several times, made us and my elderly parents feel unsafe to walk outside the hotel gates and on the beach. They were camped out under the beach pier and constantly surrounding hotel exits. It’s unfortunate for all involved. We will not be returning because of this.

Location is great but the crowds are a bit rowdy. Close to just about every dining and creature comfort, but I'd avoid the overpriced inadequate "Japanese" restaurant across the way.

There was so many gnats everywhere in our room, and in the hallways. There was a restaurant in the hotel, so you would assume they would have a menu in room, but they didn’t, there was no phone list in the room, the laundry didn’t take credit card, it takes quarters and that would’ve been okay but there’s no machine to make change, we rented a family room for 5 people and a toddler and there was only 3 towels in the room, no sheets to make up the trundle bed that the room has, my family used the pool and there was no towels at the pool, my wife asked for towels for my kids and was told that they would bring some out, after 40 minutes and no towels I went to asked and was told that they ran out, and had to wash more.

Pets… there should be a designated area for guests with pets. The guest in the room next to ours had a dog and it was barking non stop throughout the night

Our balcony door was a bit tricky but nothing a hard pull to get it back closed.

The baseball team that was staying there was making the environment loud.
