Diese Villa in Zakynthos (2 Schlafzimmer, 1 Badezimmer) lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wer die Natur liebt und gerne an der frischen Luft ist, findet Folgendes nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt: Ionisches Meer und Nationaler Meerespark von Zakynthos. Mit dem Auto kannst du ganz entspannt Ausflüge unternehmen. Wie wäre es mit Strand von Gerakas (2 Autominuten) oder Banana Beach (2 Autominuten)?
Während deines Aufenthalts kannst du den gleichen Komfort wie zu Hause oder sogar noch mehr genießen, so gibt es zum Beispiel einen Pool und WLAN sowie Klimaanlage und Wäscherei.

Villas Marina is a fabulous property in a quiet village. There are a handful of good restaurants and tavernas a short walk away, but the Villas offer calm, peace and tranquility. Nikos, the property owner is enormously friendly and sociable and makes sure that you want for nothing.Can't recommend this location highly enough

The owner Nikos and his daughter Marina took care to ask and ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyed. The apartment and gardens were very clean, attractive and comfortable. It was a joy to stay there. We especially enjoyed the convenient location with a number of beautiful beaches and a large number and variety of tavernas easy walking distance, even though it is quite traditionally rural .

We rented Niko’s semi-detached house for 2 weeks in August and we truly enjoyed our stay there!
The two houses (for 3 families total) are located in the most beautiful, a bit remote area of the island, in a beautiful and quiet garden. There is a great choice of tavernas close to the house, you can even walk to a few of them, or take the car for a very short drive.
The house is well maintained and clean. The only downside is that the kitchen could be better equipped. We did not cook while we were there, but if you want to you might miss a few items. The house was cleaned two times a week which was great.
The pool is large (around 10 meters long) and well maintained and very clean. Although the houses were all fully booked when we were there, the pool was never crowded and provided a great alternative to the crowded beaches (remember it was August).
There are three umbrellas (one for each family) by the pool, but they are a bit small and so it was impossible to have shadow for 3 or 4 people at the same time, so the umbrellas could be a bit bigger (especially when you are there in summer).
Niko is very nice and welcoming while respecting our privacy at the same time. We have enjoyed our stay there very much and would definitely recommend the house for a stay in Zakynthos!
