This was a wonderful place to stay for vacation. The property is just right across the street- about 20 ft- from the walkway entrance to the beach. We could be on the beach in about 2-3 minutes from the front door. There is also a well kept swimming pool for the neighborhood just around the corner. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and plates to serve about 8 people. The condo has a great screened in porch overlooking a pond with fountain. This is by far the best place to stay on Topsail Island if you are looking for a non crowded and serene part of the beach. The owner is really nice and helpful. We are hoping to book the property again for our next vacation.

This was our second visit to Topsail and we truly enjoyed staying in this home. Our group included myself, my husband, 2 teenagers and 1 dog...and this home had plenty of room for everyone! We all appreciated the three full bathrooms. The washer and dryer came in handy as well. The house is conveniently located near the beach access and an easy walk to the sound side as well. The house was clean, well stocked and well kept. The community is quiet, family friendly and pet friendly. The king size bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and I slept soundly every night. I enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch in the evenings. While we had neighbors in the duplex next door we never heard them so it was a very peaceful stay and felt like we were in a single family home. The only negative we experienced was the mosquitos. They were aggressive and would swarm us within seconds of being outside. Consider bringing repellent if you are traveling with a dog who will need to be taken outside for bathroom breaks. The owners were very responsive to questions I had leading up to our visit and I appreciated their quick responses. The beach near the house is absolutely stunning and was never crowded. We (especially the dog!) enjoyed our evening walks around Serenity Point and watching the sunset on the sound side. If you visit Topsail consider getting a steamer bucket from Topsail Steamer. Definitely our favorite meal of the week!

We really enjoyed our stay at Seas the Day. It’s located in a quiet, very well-kept, family-friendly community at the very south end of Topsail Beach. The community abuts a peaceful natural dunes area and you can walk around the point on the beach. There is also a small swimming pool on the property. The house was a comfortable home base for us with plenty of space for my husband and me, my sister, and our dog, and I would recommend it for a SMALL family/group. Furnishings were simple and functional, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking basic meals. The beds were comfortable and there three (!) full bathrooms. The beach is really the main attraction, though, and beach access couldn’t be much closer. The walkway is just a couple houses down, which makes hauling gear down to the beach easy. Maybe it was early in the summer, but the beach was very uncrowded which was nice.
