Great location and few minutes from centre of town and very comfortable and spacious.

Fabulous property in a quiet location. Plenty of space for all the family, modern and super clean. Beds were comfy & loved the games room

We didnt have breakfast provided. Location was great for our stay in Ballarat. We ll enjoyed our stay here. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely spacious house with everything we needed for our stay. The ping pong table got alot of use.

From the get go the home smelled and looked so lovely and clean. The walls were decorated with interesting and eclectic art. Not a cushion was out of place on the beds or the couches. Everything we needed was there and Alan had set up a futon on the floor complete with bedding for the 8th guest. The beds were made immaculately with such comfy sheets and a fleecy blanket too. There were enough towels and enough toilet paper for everyone. The kitchen was spacious, clean and was a pleasure to cook in. The outdoor area was gorgeous and had a hammock, an outdoor setting and more, although we didn’t get to use it because it was so cold. There was an amazing table tennis table, heaps of dvds, games and two big tvs. Let me save the best til last. Omg… the couches!!! They are the most comfortable couches. I will be thinking about that 3 seater for a long, long time. As soon as I sat in it I fell asleep. Alan was amazingly communicative, responding almost instantly to any query I had. I cannot thank Alan enough for having us. A seamless, comfortable stay. It broke my heart to leave! Thanks again.
